About the property

Large luxury apartment (104 sq.m), 2 double bedrooms, 2nd bathroom has a jacuzzi, marble floors throughout. Large terrace (55sqm) stunning views and own personal garage space (44sqm). Short walk to La Duquesa Golf and Country Club. Near beach and port, stunning views of sea and mountains
In a secure complex with 24 hour security guards, tropical gardens, Moorish mosaic courtyards and traditional Andalucian architecture, the apartment is a few steps to the pool but very private. Free use of pool, sauna, hot tub, gym, picnic and children's play area, paddle tennis and mini golf. All near the restaurant and bar, open 10am till midnight. The port can still buzz at 3 am.

Sunbeds on terrace and by the pool promise long hours of relaxation mountain views and air. A perfect place to relax yet near the ancient port. It is a 3min drive to the beach and 5 to the ancient port, sheltered by the Ronda Mountains which creates a beautiful micro-climate 12 months of the year.

Longer lets would be negotiable.This is a new apartment so dates are available throughout the year and it is warm all year, ideal for winter breaks and long bookings. The prices are very low for a resort that is so full of facilities.

About La Duquesa, Costa del Sol

La Duquesa or Puerto de la Duquesa as it’s also known, is the place to go if you want a quieter holiday but still with all the trimmings that the Costa del Sol has to offer. This area is still relatively unknown, although it’s well serviced and has a fantastic climate. The local marina is a dream to stroll around, whilst it may not be as plush as that at Puerto Banus, it’s still teeming with bars and restaurants serving local fish and paella. There is a good shopping area that has a wide range of goods on offer, plus there is a craft market that is on twice a week in the port. Finally if all this isn’t enough, the exclusive areas of Marbella and Puerto Banus are only 15 minutes away.

We can arrange your golf holidays for 4-6 people, book the hire car which you pick up at the airport, book the green fees and negotiate free buggies where possible. A luxury golf holiday for less than half the usual cost. La Duquesa a short walk away charges a quarter of the green fees of Valderama but we can book that for you if you want to walk in the footsteps of some of the worlds top golfers.Whether its miles of pristine beaches (many earning the European Blue Flag for cleanliness) or rugged mountains with their wildlife, the La Duquesa area offers every type of terrain. Rising virtually from the beaches, the mountains hide their medieval towns like little jewels of the famed White Villages. Every type of nature recreation is at hand; tennis and health spa(100+ euros but free in the Resort along with paddle-tennis mini golf.

Winter and spring skiing 2.5 hours drive to Granada.

Cosmopolitan life can be found only twenty minutes away in the "jet-set" city of Marbella. Shopping experiences of every kind are available from the small shops and boutiques lining the cobble-stoned streets of Old Marbella to the all under one roof shopping experience of the La Cañada shopping mall.

“Some information about the surrounding area (things to do, markets etc) would have been good. Could not get to grips with the wall heaters (February was very cold and wet) using the remote control buttons. Just a little note from the owners about this would have been appreciated. We had to spend time in the Apartment due to the bad weather but we had no English TV and four Spanish travels!!

If the owners had supplied a folder with all relevant information about the Apartment, Facilities etc, it would have been very helpful. The apartment itself was very nice indeed and we would go back.”
