About the property
The apartment is a first floor one bedroom that can accommodate two adults only. It consists of an open-plan lounge/diner, bedroom, double balcony, bathroom, utility room and large private roof top terrace that is ideal for sunbathing, naturist or not.
The roof terrace also has a large chimney style BBQ for that alfresco touch, sunlounges, sheltered pergola, chairs, tables and even a shower attachment to keep you nice and cool.
The lounge is an open-planned area to the kitchen. Here you will find furnishings of the highest quality, decorated also to blend in with its fittings. It has two sets of double French doors that lead out to a large south-facing balcony where you can eat alfresco with a view of the mountains in the distance. For those early risers, the sunrise is spectacular.
For those lazy evenings that you may want to chill out after a busy day on the beach we have for your enjoyment a fully equipped entertainment unit. Here you will find a selection of books, radio/CD/cassette midi system, stereo, TV with terrestrial channels and a DVD player with a large selection of movies(DVD's) and music for you to enjoy.
The kitchen has a large granite worktop, which is home for kettle, toaster, and fresh coffee maker. We have an electric -4 hobs oven, fridge/freezer and a microwave. It also has everything you probably would find in your cupboards at home to eat, cook and drink from.
Even down to thermous flask, cool bag, utensels and chairs to take to the beach. All you'll need is your beach towels and lots of sun creams!
The utility room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is a retractable drying line on the roof terrace.
The bedroom is large, bright and spacious. It has a kingsize bed with a double fitted wardrobe with shelving inside – we have even put plenty of hangers in there as well. Two sets of chest of draws, and bedside cabinets with storage and lighting. We provided plenty of storage space as you can tell. The bed frame is of a Carbon Fibre that is light but very strong. It can be adjusted easily to accommodate anyone that requires a firmer or softer sleep – even on one side. This is complimented with a luxury thick mattress, cotton sheets and duvet. The bathroom is tiled throughout and has wash basin, WC, bidet, and a full size bath/shower.
We have given a lot of thought and time in deciding the quality furnishings and fittings we wanted throughout our home away. Not only for ourselves, but our guests also.

About El Cotillo, Fuerteventura
Still one of the unspoilt villages on the north-western part of the island, major development and tourism has remained at bay. As well as beautiful beaches, this village is known for its fort, Fortaleza del Tostón, which was built in 1797. Looking slightly odd now, isolated on the cliff tops. El Cotillo is a traditional Canarian village that doesn’t have all night bars and restaurants, so if it’s a quiet break away you’re looking for, you’ve just discovered the right place to escape too.
Owner's Tips...
It is located in El Cotillo, which is on the Northwest coast of the Island; approximately 40 minutes drive from the main airport of Puerto del Rosario. The journey from the airport will take you through some of the most spectacular views you could imagine. The roads are easy to navigate and very pleasant to drive on.
The beach is just about 10 min walk where you will find the most lovely white sand and calm turquoise lagoons. These Lagoons are unique and attract people from all over the Island.
We want you to enjoy your stay in our home, and hope like us, you will enjoy coming back to this little piece of paradise, only El Cotillo can offer.
