Casa Carol is a modern two bedroom luxury bungalow, which has it's own pool, with views of the ocean and distant volcanoes. Whilst in a quiet location the secure, gated, development of Vistas Del Mar is within an easy 10min walk of the main beach, bar, restaurants and shopping areas. A grocery is 2mins walk away.
Quality furnishings include comfortable leather sofas, a four seated dining suite and modern entertainment system with satellite TV/DVD and mini-hi fi. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and patio doors to the terrace. The second bedroom has twin beds and is adjacent to the full family bathroom. A well equipped kitchen includes oven/hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and separate laundry room with washer.
Patio doors lead from the lounge to the outside south facing and sheltered dining area with table, chairs and barbecue. A pergola provides partial shade and high whitwashed walls allow for privacy from neighbouring properties. Gated steps descend to the lower terrace with private heated pool, four sunloungers and large parasol.

Prices are for the villa, not per person, per week (7 days) depending on the season. Although rates are for 4 persons discounts may be available for couples, short notice bookings, and at certain times of year, please enquire.
Linen, towels and pool heating included. Cots and highchairs can be provided at approx £20 per week per item.
About 15 minutes drive from Arrecife airport, Puerto del Carmen offers 5km of broad, pale sandy beaches as well as a wide variety of places to eat and drink and it remains a popular destination for holidaymakers from far and wide. Made up of a ‘new’ and ‘old’ town, Puerto del Carmen has no high-rise structures and almost all buildings are white and unpretentious.
For nightlife in Puerto del Carmen you can watch the locals taking part in a few games of boules in the old town, which seems to be a nightly occurrence. The old town also offers a great variety of restaurants serving fresh fish, while if you head off into the holiday area you'll find everything from traditional English sports bars to Chinese restaurants.
There is close convenient parking should you wish to explore this fascinating island further by hiring a car. Guide books and travel map are provided in the villa.
Lanzarote Golf has a new 18 hole course and is 5 mins drive away on the road to Tias. Our local agent is a keen golfer and can advise.
This is a child friendly property with a locking gate to the pool terrace. Wheelchairs can access the development and villa easily however the pool deck is down a number of steps.

A Lancashire lass with two grown sons, I like to escape along with my husband, to the winter warmth and lovely beaches of Lanzarote as often possible. We entertain a steady stream of friends, who like ourselves appreciate the varied and scenic beauty of the island; there are many places to visit all just a short drive from P D Carmen which is fairly centrally placed, just 15mins from the airport. We also enjoy walking into town and indulging in our other passion - eating and drinking......not too hard to stagger back either.
We love the South facing and sheltered outdoor terraces of our villa with the views of the sea and distant mountains. When not in party mood to visit the town we enjoy relaxing on the upper terrace and having a barbecue. Although Casa Carol is only a short walk to the beach and bars it is in a quiet location and especially peaceful in the evening.

“WE HAD AN EXCELLENT STAY, THE PROPERTY WAS FANTASTIC AND ALOT MORE SPACIOUS THAN THE PICTURES MAKE OUT AND WAS EQUIPPED WITH EVERYTHING YOU COULD WISH FOR.
IT WAS EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN AND HAD FANTASTIC VIEWS FROM THE BALCONY.
THE POOL AREA WAS ALSO VERY SPACIOUS AND HAS A GATE WITH LOCK WHICH GIVES YOU THAT REASSURANCE IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN, THE AGENT WHO LOOKS AFTER THE PROPERTY AND ORGANISES THE CLEANING OF THE POOL AND APARTMENT ETC, WAS ON HAND TO DEAL WITH ANY QUESTIONS AND WAS MORE THAN HELPFUL ON A NUMBER OF OCCAISIONS. OVERALL A REALLY LOVELY PROPERTY WHICH IS MANAGED BRILLIANTLY.

“Have just returned from a two week stay at casa carol. Had a fantastic time. The villa was perfect could not fault it one bit. The location is perfect. It is in a very quiet spot but only a short walk to the main bars and restaurants. Would not hesitate in recommending it and will definitely be going back”

“Casa Carol was an excellent bungalow to stay in - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. The Villa was in a great location with a sea view - nice and quiet yet within a short walking distance from the main strip and also the old town. The accommodation was very well equipped for self catering and Carol has certainly provided ample cooking utensils, books, DVDs and some games for entertainment. There are also great laundry facilities available.
The outside patio area was spacious and relaxing and the benefit of walking down a few steps to your own pool was fabulous - our daughter aged 11 thoroughly enjoyed having the pool to herself.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this bungalow to any of my family or friends.”
