About the property

Casa Carol is a two bedroom luxury bungalow, which has it's own pool, with views of the ocean and distant volcanoes. Whilst in a quiet location the development of Vistas Del Mar is within an easy 10min walk of the main beach, bar, restaurants and shopping areas.

Quality furnishings include comfortable leather sofas, a four seated dining suite and modern entertainment system with TV/DVD and mini-hi fi. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and patio doors to the terrace. The second bedroom has twin beds and is adjacent to the master bathroom. A well equipped kitchen includes oven/hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and separate laundry area with washer.

Patio doors lead from the lounge to the outside south facing and sheltered dining area with table, chairs and barbecue. Gated steps descend to the lower terrace with private heated pool, four sunloungers and large parasol.

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 4 people sharing.

About Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote

About 15 minutes drive from Arrecife airport, Puerto del Carmen offers 5km of broad, pale sandy beaches as well as a wide variety of places to eat and drink and it remains a popular destination for holidaymakers from far and wide. Made up of a ‘new’ and ‘old’ town, Puerto del Carmen has no high-rise structures and almost all buildings are white and unpretentious.

For nightlife in Puerto del Carmen you can watch the locals taking part in a few games of boules in the old town, which seems to be a nightly occurrence. The old town also offers a great variety of restaurants serving fresh fish, while if you head off into the holiday area you'll find everything from traditional English sports bars to Chinese restaurants.
