About the property

Beautifully presented house with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and lounge with dining area. Newly finished and tastefully decorated to a very high standard. Air conditioning has been installed in all living and sleeping areas for your comfort. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and hairdryers. A safe has been fitted in master bedroom. The modern fully fitted kitchen has granite worktop and all appliances.

Large outdoor space with very large patio with sun loungers, decked area with garden furniture and BBQ and 2nd decked area with wooden bear chairs and parasol. Additional balcony from master bedroom where you can enjoy fantastic views to the golf course and to the sea. Additional sun room with dining table and chairs and suite. There are golf clubs in the house for the use of guests. Internet access is available on pay-as you go basis by ethernet cable to your own computer.

About Costa Caleta, Fuerteventura

Costa Caleta (formerly known as Caleta de Fuste) thrives on tourism, with lots of accommodation to offer, a fantastic golden sandy beach popular for water sports enthusiasts. The tourist centre of El Castillo (the castle) stands next to the harbour and is well worth a visit.

The town of Caleta is often referred to as a holiday village. The man made beach has been carefully constructed to avoid currents and is in the shape of a horse shoe. This ensures it is perfectly safe for children of all ages. Those wanting to be a little more adventurous can go diving, hire jet skis or learn to windsurf at the water centre on the beach. Costa Caleta harbour is home to many yachts, catamarans and boats which provide local trips as well as providing a beautiful backdrop in the evenings.

There is a multitude of good restaurants in Costa Caleta that can cater for all tastes at very reasonable prices. Steaks and Fish are particularly good, however there are also Chinese, Indian, Greek and English restaurants all within a close area. There are also a number of good supermarkets within the area.

Situated on the east coast of the island, roughly 10km south of the airport and approximately 20 minutes south of Puerto del Rosario. There is a local bus service, which runs every 30 minutes and provides air conditioned coaches for the trip. At 1 Euro (65p) it is an extremely cheap and easy way to get around. Budget car rental in Costa Caleta is available for those wishing to explore the island at their leisure.

Owner's Tips...

The club house for Fuerteventura golf course is the Elba Palace Hotel which is only 5 minutes walk from the house. There are a large number of restaurants and bars in Caletta De Fuste which is approximately 20 minute walk or 4 euros in taxi. The nearest beach is located next to shopping centre which is approximately 15 minute walk. Choice of spas closeby and a second golf course "Las Salinas" is adjacent and will take approxinmately 10 minutes by car to clubhouse.
