Parque Santiago IV is a magnificent apartment complex, built in a modern Canarian style, ideally situated on the ocean front with direct access to the sea and only a short walk to the town centre. The complex with Parque Santiago III and V, covers an area of between 20,000 - 47,000 metres squared and is located on the border between Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas.

The complex features a wide range of restaurants and cafeterias, where you will find the very best of national and international cuisine, in a cosy atmosphere and with first-class service and first class service.

There are 2 lake like salt water pools on Parque Santiago IV, one of which is heated from October to May. There is a spacious sun deck.

In addition there is a fantastic shopping mall with over 160 shops, where you will find all the leading labels and an extensive and varied range of both Spanish and international goods at highly competitive prices: jewellery and perfumes, handicrafts, clothes, electronic and photographic goods etc. Everything you need without having to leave the complex.

If you’re looking for an easy holiday without speaking too much Spanish, then Playa de las Americas is for you.
