About the property

This beautiful villa comprises of four bedrooms, two have king-size beds, one of which has an en-suite shower, and two twin bedrooms, in all sleeping up to 8 adults with the possibility of cots in any of the bedrooms. There is also a bathroom with shower over the bath, w/c and bidet. A further w/c is located down the hall.

The kitchen has a full oven & hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.

The lounge is spacious and has a comfortable cream leather L shaped sofa, dining table to seat 8, satellite TV with basic channels, video and DVD/CD player. There is also a small library of videos and DVD`s for your use.

Outside is a private pool, heated in winter, which affords a great deal of privacy. A built in BBQ, sun loungers and a patio table with seating for 8.

There are games to entertain the young at heart such as swing ball, a PS2 & various board and card games, there are also a few books.

There are two cots, a highchair and two safety gates provided

This villa is suitable for wheelchair access.

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 4 people sharing.

About Guime, Lanzarote

Guime is a village situated in the hills overlooking Arrecife and the sea. Centrally situated, it is within easy reach of Arrecife, Puerto del Carmen and all the main tourist attractions as well as the airport, which is a 15-minute drive.

Owner's Tips...

Although close to the airport, Casa Juan is not under the flight path. There is easy access to the entire island, which is approximatley 32 miles x 16 miles, so nowhere is far away.

There is a golf course and water park in Costa Teguise, Fire mountain is in the south of Lanzarote, with the main resort of Puerto Del Carmen just 10 mins away, which has 12 km of sandy beaches and water sports.

The Montmarte, located outside the Bioshera shopping centre, and Blairs near the petrol station in the old town are just two of our favourite restaurants, there are some more in the welcome book in Casa Juan.

There is another shopping centre closer to Guime called Deiland, which has a supermarket, KFC, Burger King etc.

There is much to see & do on the island, that you will be glad to return to this comfortable villa to recover! If indeed you can tear yourself away in the first place!
