About Sunseeker 9
Our spacious bungalow is one of ten in a friendly complex with two swimming pool (1 kiddies pool). It is only 5 min in a taxi from the airport. It has a private sun terrece to the front complete with tables, chairs, and sun umbrella. It has two twin bedrooms with wardrobes, and a safe in the main bedroom.It has a modern bathroom with bath/shower and fitted kitchen/dinnig room. The bungalow has all the needy bits as well for the ladys Hairdryer, straightener, Iron the lot. To the back of the bungalow their is a garden which can be accessed from the bedroom, you will get the last rays of sun out here every day. It has TV with free to air chanells BBC, ITV etc and DVD player and plenty of dvd to look at. Also their is a good slection of books to be read. We also supply a welcome pack to start off your hoildays. We also try to accommodate people with late flights if possible (depends on other bookings).
The bungalow is centrally located in Matagorda (opposite San Marcial Apartments) It is two minutes walk from a sandy beech and from also from the shopping centre which has many shops, bars and restaurants. It is 5 minutes by taxi to the centre of Puerto Del Carmen and 8 minutes to the old town at a cost of 5 euro in a taxi
.These bungalows are quiet friendly and relaxing.

About Matagorda, Lanzarote
Located within a 5-minute drive of Arrecife airport, Matagorda is considered the tasteful extension to Puerto del Carmen and offers the best of all worlds: It's surroundings give you a quieter holiday, with the more lively resort of Puerto del Carmen only a short drive away when required.
The resort area of Matagorda is a mile or so along the coastal road from Puerto del Carmen and is dominated by the sandy beach bearing the same name. There is a good selection of shops and restaurants to choose from, the commercial centre has plenty of places to eat, offering everything from pizza to paella.
Matagorda rentals are available with a good selection of villas and apartments to choose from.
Owner's Tips
Walking the prominade and board walk in the evening with the sun going down. After a hard day in the sun what's better than a nice meal and a few drinks in the centre on the water front. If you enjoy the more ,ad night out Puerto Del Carmen is only a stone throw away.

“Stayed at this property in August 10 the owner Mick was so friendly and helpful from the moment I made the booking, the bungalow was beautiful everything you need for a family holiday so well equipped. Mick and Roz who looked after it were really friendly and it was really close to bars restaurants in Matagorda and only a short taxi ride into Puerto del Carmen if you wanted a livelier resort. Would recommend this complex !!!”

“We both enjoyed our stay,but found the water tank must be very small because it was hard to finish off having a shower before the water went cold.Also could do with a electric fire or something as it got very cold in the evenings.”
