This very attractive, modern villa is in a superb location, the villa is a genuine 3 mins walk from the main beach in Costa Teguise, Las Cucharas and 2 mins from restaurants, shop etc. No car required.
This single storey, modern villa is very well furnished and finished to a high standard. The light and airy living room looks out to the pool and has stylish leather sofas and windows to the terrace. There is a separate fully fitted UK kitchen with dishwasher, washer, double oven, large refrigerator and microwave complimented with all the fixtures and fittings you would expect at home. The villa has 3 bedrooms one with king-size and two twin with two full bathrooms.
There is a secluded sunbathing terrace with private swimming pool. The pool is fully heated with both solar and electrical power at no extra charge. It is also chlorinated by natural sea salt without the use of chemicals, great for the skin and kids as no stingy eyes. Sun beds, mats and beach towels are provided. Outside dining al fresco is provided with a covered pergola shaded area and large built in BBQ.
This well presented, stylish, modern villa is in a superb location. Only 3 minutes walk to the lovely Las Cucharas beach and 2 minutes walk to the firsts of the resorts many shops, bars and restaurants, in addition a well stocked supermarket is within the same 2 minutes walk. Located on a partly residential development, quiet at night yet in the heart of Costa Teguise.
There is a weekly maid service and a mid week mini clean and towel change. The free welcome pack provided by our Lanzarote management team includes light refreshment, wine and a cold beer for the gentlemen, enough for 12 hours just in-case of late arrivals.
We offer a Thursday or Sunday change for this villa.

Costa Teguise is one of the main tourist resorts on the island, with big luxury hotels and apartments where architecture and landscape have been harmoniously integrated. As well as the main beach of Las Cucharas there are many other waterfront areas to choose from.
If sport is your thing then Costa Teguise is well worth a visit. With several diving centres, a golf course and bicycle hire shops all at arms length you can't go far wrong. For families, Ocean Water Park is based just 2km inland from Costa Teguise which boasts water slides, flumes and heated swimming pools. Open daily from 10am – 6pm.
There are many restaurants in Costa Teguise where the locals welcome those with children, don't be surprised if they are given sweets at the end of a meal!
The villa is located a four-minute walk to the beautiful Las Cucharas beach. Within an easy 2 mins walk you will find the first of the resorts family restaurants, bars and resort shopping. Along the promenade and in the centre of Costa Teguise you will find all the normal facilities you would expect from a quality resort. As well as fabulous swimming, the beach is famous for being an excellent windsurfing centre, there is a surf school and dive shop located across from the main beach along with a cycle hire shop and sport shopping for the more energetic. There is a well stocked supermarket within 2 mins walk with a deli and fresh meat section for your poolside BBQ’s. It is a short drive to the islands only golf course and the nearby aqua park. An excellent choice of local and national car hire outlets is available on the main beach road.

“I booked Villa Ashley from 1st to the 15th November for myself and my wife.
The people
To book, I spoke to the owner Paul Swift and felt the information given was detailed and given freely, it made me feel confident. The people on site, the maintenance man Adrian, the pool man Mike, and the ladies who changed the towels, tea towels and sheets and who gave the bathrooms and floors a wash, were all friendly and helpful (and good to chat with). The paperwork when it came was detailed with a map and very helpful.
The Villa
Villa Ashley is a very well appointed three bedroom villa with a 7 ish metre heated pool close to body temperature. It was not directly overlooked but because it can be hired with villa Laura next door for big families that wall is a little lower than some, but still with a private area. It had a BBQ, oven, grill and rings, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, filter coffee maker and toaster. Supporting this were all the crockery, cutlery, glasses, pots, pans you could possibly need, including a new solid bottle opener. The lounge was equipped with TV, freesat, DVD, and video player and for music a Sony microsystem with tuner (radio), CD and cassette. There was also a simply operated safe in the villa. All bedrooms had ample hanging and shelf space with beds for 7 people. We were extremely grateful for the welcome pack from our lateish arrival, but as the local supermarket is a five minute walk away and stays open until 22.00, seven days a week it was not essential.
None of this was the best feature though, we have hired villas before and found them adequate but the sofa sagged or the bed had slats broken and the equipment was lacking. The furniture here was good quality, solid and well made, the bed even had an orthopaedic mattress and everything worked. For those like me of an environmental persuasion, most of the bulbs were energy saving and the water was heated by the sun. The Villa was close to the front but in a quiet local road, well located, with all of Costa Teguise within a short walk.
If you want to look at issues, the kitchen only had 1 socket, which was loose with use (pointed out by everyone in the villa information pack) and for the lack of two sticky signs pointing out the locks on the patio doors, the handle was loose. The departure time was a little early at 10.00 but assuming nobody was following us in, this was in our case, fortunately flexible. The fridge also froze some of our veg.
Thank you Paul and team, we had a lovely holiday and will bring much less next time. All in all extremely good value and recommended by us.”

“Villa Isis, best villa I have stayed in for years. Jacuzzi is perfect for the night time around the pool. Kids loved it. Location of villa could not be better. The Sunday booking and availability was a big advantage. One big problem only had the one week, will make it two next year.”
