Finished to the very highest standards the villa boasts great views, extensive patio & decking areas & three bedrooms over one floor level. Making this a great option for young families.
The lounge has twin black leather sofas, coffee table and side tables and a sleek gloss TV cabinet with 42"flatscreen UK satellite TV & iPod music station. French doors lead out from the lounge and dining/games room , and a third set in the master bedroom, onto an extended patio & pool area.Complete with rattan dining table & chairs,sun loungers , and a lazy L-shape rattan sofa. The villa benefits from having had the former alfresco dining area enclosed (although this can be opened up on warm evenings) creating a new dining /games room complete with a modern rattan dining table , a lazy L-shape rattan sofa & fitted with a second 42" flatscreen TV to play both Nintendo Wii & X Box 360 consoles. To the side of the villa is a large patio area complete with top range BBQ , pool table & decking area with luxury hot tub , second decking area in garden for glorious mountain & sea views .
The kitchen comprises extensive work sufaces, cooker/hob, dishwasher, tall fridge-freezer and microwave. A washing machine is located in the adjacent washroom/utility area.
The villa comprises of three double bedrooms & two bathrooms. All bedrooms have memory foam mattresses, fitted wardrobes & bedside cabinets.There is a family shower room, and an en-suite to the Master bedroom, and a further washroom with vanity area and sink accessed by the third bedroom .
The villa is a short walk from the sea with beautiful sea views of Fuerteventura,and fantastic backdrop views of Montana Roja making it suitable for couples and families alike.
This villa is available for rent to groups from 2 to 7, although we may be prepared to rent to eight, with the use of a bed sofas, so please contact us to discuss this should there be eight in your party.
Free use of pedal bikes, for all bookings.
Welcome pack provided to all guests, including a bottle of wine.

All prices below are based on two people sharing (add £50 per person for the 3rd - 6th person).
A deposit of £200 per week is required to secure the booking, with a £100 security deposit ( post dated cheque) refundable subject to a satisfactory report from the local management company.
Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.
The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.
New for 2010 , villa refurbishment to incude 9m x 5m decking area in garden with seaviews & lazy rattan sofas and outside pool table.

“Three generations, grand mother, daughter and a18 month grand daughter. Villa Chloe was equipped with all home comforts and luxuries that made the weeks break so easy and relaxing.
It feels like a catch 22 situation by highly recommending Villa Chloe it might mean fewer weeks to choose from in the future!
