About El Paradero 1 Studio
Bright and spacious studio apartment (no separate bedroom) sleeps 2/3 guests. Central location. Low rise block. First floor apartment in 2 storey block of mainly private apartments. 2 pools with bar incorporating the facilities of Paraiso del sol 24 hour reception.
With supermarkets, bars and restaurants close-by. 5 minutes from beach. Linen change once a week.
Studio contains an open plan sleeping/lounge area with twin beds, bedside table, built in wardrobes and plenty of hanging space
Kitchen contains 4 ring hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and pots and pans, crockery and cutlery.
Washing machine
Balcony with table and chairs.
Internet access on complex.

The start of major tourism began here in the late 1960's and Playa de las Americas is now brimming with hotels and apartments, bars and restaurants. This area has a reputation of all-year round fun in the sun. The artificial beaches are a haven for sun-worshippers and can get very busy at peak times in the year. If you are looking for an easy holiday with lots of entertainment on hand, Playa de las Americas is for you.

“stayed here for 3 days whilst waiting to gain access into my apartment. had a great stay. lovely apartment, very modern with everything you need, even a safe,fan etc. I really liked the large sliding patio doors which when pushed back made the apartment seem even bigger. Only down side was the pool is quite a walk. Night life right at hand.”

“very nice apartment, ideal for two people , everything you needed was in the room. its situated in a good spot just a few hundred yards to all the bars , restaraunts and the beach. we would definetly book again hopefully this year. thanks ****”
