Situated on the quiet Torre Vella Estate just outside Estartit is this lovely four bed room semi-detached villa.

Accommodation consists of an open plan living area with modern fitted kitchen with hob, combination microwave oven, fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.

Dining area. Lounge area with TV, satellite, fireplace and French doors leading to terraces.

Terraces and garden with beautiful views of surrounding area. Large covered terrace overlooking garden with patio furniture. Large enclosed rooftop terrace to the side of villa. Garden fully enclosed and overlooked by both terraces.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed with wardrobes. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have twin beds with wardrobes. Bedroom 4 has a single bed with ensuite. Bathroom has a shower, WC, bidet and washbasin.

Security safe for use of clients. Off road parking for two or more large cars/boat beside villa.

Use of a large swimming pool within 40m of the front of the villa. This fully enclosed pool, shared by app 20 villas is accessed via a private key.

About L'Estartit, Costa Brava

This modern holiday resort is probably best known for it's watersports. It has one of the best dive schools in the Costa Brava and many people come here for that reason alone. Underwater are some great coral reefs that divers just can't resist.

However this family resort has more than just watersports; the beach itself stretches some 5km, it is safe and clean and provides hours of fun for younger guests and it popular with families.
