Villa Real is located on the Rocamaura Mountain, with magnificent sea views and within walking distance of beach and town. This lovely spacious villa, which has been on our books for many years, was extensively altered and enlarged for the 2010 Season. It now has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and is able to sleep up to 11 people in comfort. The villa has a large open plan kitchen, dining room and large living room all opening onto a terrace overlooking the private swimming pool. The kitchen contains everything for self-catering - including a dishwasher and microwave. There is Satellite TV, DVD and CD player.

The upper terrace leading off the living area is furnished for al fresco dining and has a large brick built barbeque. From this terrace the views over the islands and the bay are unsurpassed. Steps from the terrace lead down to the swimming pool which has a large sunbathing area furnished with sunbeds, umbrella and table. At this level there is a large bedroom containing a double bed and a single bed. There is an en suite shower room. This room leads out through patio doors to the terrace beside the swimming pool. An internal staircase leads up to the entrance hallway with the living area, a twin bedroom and a shower room. A further 3 bedrooms - a double, a twin and a bunk bedroom, plus a further large shower room are located on the upper floor.

There is a garage and a secure gated drive with further parking for 2 cars.

About L'Estartit, Costa Brava

This modern holiday resort is probably best known for it's watersports. It has one of the best dive schools in the Costa Brava and many people come here for that reason alone. Underwater are some great coral reefs that divers just can't resist.

However this family resort has more than just watersports; the beach itself stretches some 5km, it is safe and clean and provides hours of fun for younger guests and it popular with families.
