About the property

Villa Real is built to take advantage of the spectacular sea views commanded from the Rocamaura Mountain.

It has a large open plan kitchen, dining room and living room, all opening onto a large terrace overlooking the private swimming pool which is surrounded by large sun terraces. The kitchen contains everything for self catering - including a dishwasher and microwave, and there is satellite TV and DVD in the sitting room. The upper terrace leads off the living area and has plenty of furniture for al fresco dining plus a large brick built barbeque. From this terrace the views over the Medas Islands and the Mediterranean are unsurpassed. Steps from this terrace lead down to the swimming pool which has a large sunbathing area. At this level there is a laundry area and a large playroom which contains a bar and sofa bed for an optional extra 2 people. An internal staircase leads up to the entrance hallway with the living area, a twin bedroom and a shower room leading off. On the upper floor a further 3 bedrooms can be found - a double, a twin and a bunk bedroom, plus a further large shower room.

Town and the beach are a few minutes walk downhill. Although it is not essential, a car is recommended for this property.

About L'Estartit, Costa Brava

This modern holiday resort is probably best known for it's watersports. It has one of the best dive schools in the Costa Brava and many people come here for that reason alone. Underwater are some great coral reefs that divers just can't resist.

However this family resort has more than just watersports; the beach itself stretches some 5km, it is safe and clean and provides hours of fun for younger guests and it popular with families.

With its 5 km stretch of golden sandy beach, Estartit is an ideal place for a family holiday. It is also the premier diving resort on the Mediterranean.
