A charming home offering every comfort, privacy, and air conditioning throughout. Lovely grounds with lawns, trees & flowering shrubs.

A three-bedroom villa of a high standard set in a quiet residential area of Jávea and built in modern style, with wooden beams throughout. From the L-shaped living/dining room, doors lead onto a private patio – ideal for outside dining and relaxing. The inviting pool has lawns on either side, and is just a few steps from the patio. The lovely garden offers total privacy as it is enclosed by mature hedges. There are modern, lightweight poolside recliners and a dining table and chairs. The fully fitted kitchen and utility room offer good facilities, and the bedrooms are both comfortable and nicely furnished. Large, locking entrance gates provide both privacy and security. An open, south-facing aspect is very much enjoyed by guests staying in Villa Maria.

There are three restaurants within walking distance, and shops, bars and other restaurants within a few minutes radius by car. Under 2 km away is the Arenal beach, offering sand and sea, an extraordinarily bustling and lively atmosphere, and attractions for all ages. The attractive port and historic old town of Jávea (3.5 km), are also well worth a visit, and four excellent golf courses are just a short drive away.

Villa cleaned between lets. Weekly linen change and refresher clean. Hand/bath towels provided (not swimming towels).

About Javea, Costa Blanca

Situated roughly 50km from Benidorm is the wonderful town of Javea, reckoned to be one of the sunniest places along the coast. Javea has a busy harbour and a lively fish market set in quaint narrow streets in the old style.

There are lots of properties in Javea available for holiday rentals, including luxury villas and apartments. Javea villa rentals are popular throughout the year.

The town is steeped in history and the museums trace artefacts back to Roman times. The buildings around the Plaza de la Iglesia are not to be missed!
