Beautiful, modern villa in exclusive residential area.
Very spacious, well-furnished and equipped, with air conditioning.

Built in 2002, Villa Helena is most attractive and very spacious, with all those special ingredients that make up the ideal holiday home. Summer outdoor living is especially well catered for with the south-facing furnished terraces and large, sunny pool area for sunbathing and relaxation. The walled and gated grounds are part lawn and part gravel, planted with palms, flowering shrubs and small trees.

Situated in the exclusive La Guardia Park, very close by are a bank, a baker, and a café/bar, and also within walking distance, or about 2 minutes by car, are a tennis/boules club with mini golf, a couple of restaurants and a small supermarket. A little further away is a larger supermarket, as well as various bars and restaurants, and several points with fine views of the rocky headlands and bays. Casa Helena is about a 10 minute drive from the lively, family-friendly Arenal area of Javea, with its sandy beach, shops, bars, restaurants, night clubs and supermarkets. Jávea port and old town are located about 15 minutes drive away. Nearby coves, Granadella and La Barraca, offer snorkelling, sea bathing and beach bars. For families wishing to holiday in the same vicinity, this villa is one of two that we offer in La Guardia Park - just across the road from each other.

Villa cleaned between lets. Weekly linen change and refresher clean. Hand/bath towels provided (not swimming towels).

About Javea, Costa Blanca

Situated roughly 50km from Benidorm is the wonderful town of Javea, reckoned to be one of the sunniest places along the coast. Javea has a busy harbour and a lively fish market set in quaint narrow streets in the old style.

There are lots of properties in Javea available for holiday rentals, including luxury villas and apartments. Javea villa rentals are popular throughout the year.

The town is steeped in history and the museums trace artefacts back to Roman times. The buildings around the Plaza de la Iglesia are not to be missed!
