Description About the property

915-917 Palm Garden Apartments are available to let singly or in multiples all year round, as needed. The rent is "per apartment", not "per person". They face south, occupying a top floor front line ocean view position overlooking Jandia Beach, a level walk of about 200 metres from the water's edge, at the western end of a sandy coastline which stretches north eastwards to Costa Calma, over a distance of about 20 miles!

The apartments provide comfortable holiday accommodation. Self catering accommodation in this very special part of the island is scarce.

These 3 studios are all similar, southerly facing and self contained, side by side. The bathroom comprises shallow bath/shower, lavatory and bidet with basin/vanity unit at the entrance.

There are 2 single beds in the apartments, with space for two more (smaller!) people on a sofa bed. Four is maximum occupancy per flat; two is ideal. The twin beds can be put together if preferred.

The studios' two beds are at the rear of the apartment, sectioned off from the living area to the front. There is a well equipped kitchenette and dining area between these two parts with hob, fridge, microwave oven, sink and toaster. Iron and board are also provided, plus hairdryer.

It is possible to fit four people in the apartments if required, by use of the sofa bed in the living area. For much more on these apartments and the surrounding area, please see our website.

There is a communal pool with the apartments, a games room and restaurant. all shops within easy walking distance - a prime location for a beach holiday with ample entertainment.

Pricing Holiday rental prices

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 4 people sharing.

Period: Rental prices
1st January 2008 - 31st December 2008 £294 per week
FLAT RATE (regardless of party size)

Booking deposit is £100, payable at time of booking, with the balance due not less than 6 weeks before arrival. Full rental payable in advance if booked within 6 weeks of departure.

Wednesday is the preferred changeover day. The rent (£294 per week all year round) is divisible by 7 to allow for any odd days needed. Minimum rental peiod is one week per apartment.

Euro Equivalents are: 427 Euros per week, 150 Euros deposit and 61 Euros per extra night.

Morro Jable summary About Morro Jable, Fuerteventura

Once a tranquil fishing village, Morro Jable is now a popular destination with its bars, restaurants and golden sandy beaches that stretch some 35km long. Situated in the far South of the island around 100km from the airport, Morro Jable surprisingly still has a small village feel to it. The small harbour area is still used daily by local fishermen and boat owners.

Recommendations Owner's Tips...

If you love sun, sand and sea, there is nowhere better for the money! There are also many marine based activities and trips. Southern Fuerteventura is a world class windsurfing centre.

The shore is dotted with charming beach cafes and car hire is widely available. Jandia boasts an abundance of restaurants, bars and clubs and Palm Garden is very much in the centre of things.

There is an English bar, but we prefer the cocktail bars, which are amazing!
