Los Calamares bungalow with sun terrace and tennis court in Playa Blanca. The semi-detached bungalow has a wind sheltered sun terrace, garden with communal pool, tennis court and crazy golf. It is situated in a small and quiet residential area. It is five minutes walk to the beach, main town, restaurants and bars.

The bungalow comes with newly fitted air-con in all rooms, 2 double bedrooms, master bedroom has en-suite bathroom, 2 bathrooms, newly furnished lounge with double bed settee, Sky TV with new 32" TV in lounge and another TV in Bedroom with a Playstation 2 with games, Wii with Games, fully fitted kitchen, extending dining table to take 6 people. Secluded large sun terrace with awning and patio furniture, and a gas BBQ. Maximum occupancy for 5 people. The bungalow is furnished to a very high standard. A fridge/freezer and a washing machine makes it attractive for longtime visitors. All infrastructural facilities are close by and can be easily reached.

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote

Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.

The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.

Owner's Tips...

Various trips are available at the harbour only 1km away are the wonderful Papagayo beaches. Sport facilities in the surounding area include fishing, swimming, cycling, sailing, windsurfing, scuba diving, tennis and hiking.

Playa Blanca is a small cosy town with a esplanade offering a magnificent view to Fuerteventura and Lobos. The pedestrian zone offers shopping facilities as well as medical care.
