Spacious and immaculate 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in a select residencial area above the harbour.
A large, split-level apartment with modern furniture, clean lines and tasteful décor, on the first floor of a compact development tucked away in one of the narrow streets of the fishermen’s quarter in the Port of Jávea. The entrance to the apartment leads directly into the attractive L-shaped living room. Leading off this large room are the kitchen and the balcony, and a few steps to a gallery, off which are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The terrace, two of the bedrooms and the kitchen look out onto the pool courtyard. Javea Port has private grounds, with little footpaths, courtyards and gardens adorned with plants, trees and shrubs, giving the place a delightfully intimate character.
Close by are the harbour, the fishermen’s church, the Club Nautico, fish market, and waterfront with good restaurants, cafés, bars and other attractions, mostly open year-round. A 3-5 minute walk takes one to the local pebble beach - gently-sloping, with clean sea and lots to watch. To the far side of the harbour is a rocky cove with a beach bar. The historic town of Jávea is nearby, and the popular Arenal beach, with all its attractions, is five minutes away by car or bus. There are some good golf courses nearby.
The property is cleaned between lets. Fresh bed linen supplied weekly. Hand/bath towels provided (not swimming towels). Airport pick-up service available. Cot and high chair hire can be arranged.

Situated roughly 50km from Benidorm is the wonderful town of Javea, reckoned to be one of the sunniest places along the coast. Javea has a busy harbour and a lively fish market set in quaint narrow streets in the old style.
There are lots of properties in Javea available for holiday rentals, including luxury villas and apartments. Javea villa rentals are popular throughout the year.
The town is steeped in history and the museums trace artefacts back to Roman times. The buildings around the Plaza de la Iglesia are not to be missed!
