About San Esteban-3 Apartment

Spacious, top quality 3-bedroom apartment close to the seafront and port. Quiet and exclusive landscaped gardens and pool. Central heating. English TV.

A beautiful and very spacious first floor apartment in a low-rise, quality development just 150 metres from the seafront – 15 minutes by foot to the Port of Jávea, and a pleasant 20 minute walk to the Arenal sandy beach. The gardens are delightful, with beautifully manicured lawns, tropical trees and shrubs, and a large swimming pool. The apartment itself has been furnished and equipped to a high standard. The lounge/dining room, with three windows along one side, and double doors at the end looking onto the pool and gardens, is a superb room providing a light and comfortable atmosphere, while the beautiful, white marble floors throughout give the apartment a cooling effect in the summer and warmth and comfort in the winter.

There are two beach bars on the shingle beach nearby, and this is laid out in the summer with tropical sunshades and sun loungers. The Arenal sandy beach is under a kilometre along the seafront, the distance to the Port is little more than 500 metres, and the historic old town of Jávea is about 2 km. There is a good supermarket literally a few minutes away, and several golf courses within a 25-minute radius.

The property is cleaned between lets. Fresh bed linen supplied weekly. Hand/bath towels provided (not swimming towels). Airport pick-up service available. Cot and high chair hire can be arranged.

Situated roughly 50km from Benidorm is the wonderful town of Javea, reckoned to be one of the sunniest places along the coast. Javea has a busy harbour and a lively fish market set in quaint narrow streets in the old style.

There are lots of properties in Javea available for holiday rentals, including luxury villas and apartments. Javea villa rentals are popular throughout the year.

The town is steeped in history and the museums trace artefacts back to Roman times. The buildings around the Plaza de la Iglesia are not to be missed!
