This delightful two bedroom, first-floor apartment is very well placed in Jávea, just 500 metres south of the Arenal sandy beach, an area offering safe bathing, and beach and water sports, around which lies a wide promenade with bars, restaurants and shops – equally lively during the daytime and at night. There is a rocky sea frontage only 50 metres from the apartments, with steps set into the rock to give easy access for snorkelling and scuba diving. The rocks are also an ideal place to try your luck fishing. The apartment itself has a substantial south-facing terrace overlooking the swimming pool and gardens - ideal for outdoor dining and relaxing. The lounge/dining room is light and spacious, and attractively furnished with a cane 3-piece suite and dining table and chairs. From the living room doors lead to the two bedrooms, and the kitchen and bathroom. The full-size tennis court is for the exclusive use of residents - bring your own racquets or use those provided in the apartment. There are also fishing rods, board games, books and some basic snorkelling equipment, as well as beach/garden chairs and a recliner.

The attractive port and historic old town of Jávea are about 2 km away, and there are two excellent golf courses within a 20-minute radius.

The property is cleaned between lets. Fresh bed linen supplied weekly. Hand/bath towels provided (not swimming towels). Airport pick-up service available. Cot and high chair hire can be arranged.

About Javea, Costa Blanca

Situated roughly 50km from Benidorm is the wonderful town of Javea, reckoned to be one of the sunniest places along the coast. Javea has a busy harbour and a lively fish market set in quaint narrow streets in the old style.

There are lots of properties in Javea available for holiday rentals, including luxury villas and apartments. Javea villa rentals are popular throughout the year.

The town is steeped in history and the museums trace artefacts back to Roman times. The buildings around the Plaza de la Iglesia are not to be missed!
