About Playa Famara Studio
This quaint studio apartment is in the grounds of one of the frontline bungalows on the Playa Famara development and is virtually on the beach. Just hop over the wall and you are amongst the dunes on the largest natural beach in Famara. A neighbouring apartment which sleeps 4 people can also be rented.
The studio is comfortably furnished with plenty of space for two people. It comprises of a lounge area, dining table and kitchenette. The sleeping area has twin beds and is separated from the living area by a curtain. The studio has a shower room with walk in shower, toilet and sink.
The entrance to the studio leads off a driveway which is shared with the owners´ bungalow and another apartment. Outside the studio is a small sunbathing area which has patio furniture and views of the mountains.
The beach is virtually on your doorstep – you couldn´t get any closer! The studio is in the grounds of one of the Playa Famara bungalows which is an urbanization two kilometres from the pretty fishing village of Caleta de Famara. The bungalows sit in the shadow of the stunning Risco de Famara cliffs which offer an amazing backdrop to this development. The urbanization has a local supermarket and a restaurant which serves traditional Canarian cuisine. Playa Famara beach is on your doorstep and is the longest natural beach in Lanzarote.

Payment is required via Paypal at a cost of 239 Euros per week. There is no surcharge for paying via Paypal.
A €30 deposit is required on arrival. This is for the electronic key for the security gates to the urbanisation. It will be returned before departure.
Neighbouring apartment sleeping 4 people can be rented for 285 Euros per week.

About Famara, Lanzarote
The main attraction at Famara has to be the beach, whilst not suitable for swimming; it is a surfer’s paradise. The working village of La Caleta de Famara is found at one end of the beach, this is predominately a fishing village that boasts some great tapas bars and restaurants to relax in. Famara cliffs dominate the other end of the beach and are some 450m high.

A neighbouring apartment which sleeps 4 people can also be rented. We can also point you in the right direction for car hire, surf board rental, surf tuition and kitesurf tuition.

“Been coming to Famara on and off for nearly 10 years. We found this studio (and also the larger one-bedroomed apartment next door) three years ago and not looked anywhere else since. The location is great - just hop over the wall and you are on the beach. The facilities are standard, but there is everything you need to fully enjoy your stay, the apartment was clean and comfortable. The main village (where most of the restaurants etc) is only 15 minutes walk at the other end of the beach. However, there is also a small shop and restaurant on the development only 2 minutes walk from the Studio / Apartment. The owners, Wyn and Tony are very helpful and kind. We will not be looking anywhere else for our future holidays in Lanazarote.”

“What a great holiday property. With the beach on our doorstep it was idea for us as we are both very keen surfers. The studio was comfortable and well equipped. After a good day surfing we loved having BBQs in the evening and gazing at the stars. The Hamburgeseria in the village was an excellent tip off from the owner and we enjoyed several meals there which were excellent value for money. Will definitely be back next year.”
