About Casa Marco

Casa Marco is a beautiful detached villa situated in a residential area of town. Accommodation comprises of two double and one twin bedroom. The master suite has an en-suite bathroom and dressing area and overlooks the swimming pool. There is an additional bathroom.

An open plan lounge has a dining area with seating for eight people and is complete with satelite TV, video, radio, cassette player and a DVD player. The fully equipped kitchen has a microwave, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and a breakfast bar.

The villa boasts a beautiful heated swimming pool surrounded by ample sunbathing and outdoor dining areas along with a barbecue. Casa Marco is fully alarmed and has a safe.

About 15 minutes drive from Arrecife airport, Puerto del Carmen offers 5km of broad, pale sandy beaches as well as a wide variety of places to eat and drink and it remains a popular destination for holidaymakers from far and wide. Made up of a ‘new’ and ‘old’ town, Puerto del Carmen has no high-rise structures and almost all buildings are white and unpretentious.

For nightlife in Puerto del Carmen you can watch the locals taking part in a few games of boules in the old town, which seems to be a nightly occurrence. The old town also offers a great variety of restaurants serving fresh fish, while if you head off into the holiday area you'll find everything from traditional English sports bars to Chinese restaurants.

Owner's Tips

Ideal location for walkers as the property is above the old town and close to the cliffs which have magnificent views to Fuerteventura and along the coast to nearby Puerto Calero.

“my family stayed at phil's villa and it's fantastic, for me a perfect location in a quiet area, the villa as a fanstatic pool very big and lovely and warm (unlike most apartments where i've stayed) the rest of the villa is also very nice, with 3 bedrooms the best of which has to be the en-suite one, it's a great place to stay with local shop & bars 2 mins away, taylors tavern(used to be tapas tree) is really nice and food is lovely, and if your wanting a laugh go down the ramp to the highlander the owner ronny is totally mad, if you have never stayed at this villa and are thinking of staying in a villa then look no further than this one, very well priced and the owner is also a great bloke, can't wait to get back in December”

“I have stayed in Casa Marco about 4 times, this villa is really lovely - the best villa I have stayed in over the years. We are planning to go back at the end of the year. The pool is very big and the villa inside is beautiful, you have also got the shops 5 mins away - 1 is called Marios. This is a great place to eat and you have also got the Highlander downstairs from there where you get a good laugh and a nice pint.”
