About Casa Felipe
Casa Felipe is a modern detached villa set in a small residential complex with a communal pool, just five minutes walk to the beach, shops and restaurants.
The property has two bedrooms, one double and one twin and two bathrooms. The kitchen is fully fitted with a fridge - freezer, microwave and washing machine. Along with satellite TV there is a video player, DVD and CD player. A double sofa bed in the circular livingroom means that the villa can sleep upto six people.
There is a spacious patio with six sunbeds and a barbecue. The villa is also fully alarmed and has a safe.

About Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote
About 15 minutes drive from Arrecife airport, Puerto del Carmen offers 5km of broad, pale sandy beaches as well as a wide variety of places to eat and drink and it remains a popular destination for holidaymakers from far and wide. Made up of a ‘new’ and ‘old’ town, Puerto del Carmen has no high-rise structures and almost all buildings are white and unpretentious.
For nightlife in Puerto del Carmen you can watch the locals taking part in a few games of boules in the old town, which seems to be a nightly occurrence. The old town also offers a great variety of restaurants serving fresh fish, while if you head off into the holiday area you'll find everything from traditional English sports bars to Chinese restaurants.
Owner's Tips
The villa is in a great location for a family holiday, close to the beach, restaurants, mini-golf and childrens play area and yet set in a quiet residential location.

“we stayed at the villa for three weeks at had a great time. Phil met us and was extremely friendly supplying his contact numbers should there be any problems. it felt like home from home.
Weather in January can be iffy and there was one storm that flooded nearby areas. We were fine and Phil turned up to check we were alright.
Would definately stay here again.

“We had an enjoyable and comfortable week here in October..all that we needed was provided. The outdoor BBQ was a blessing! As was the washing machine which meant that we did not have to transport HUGE cases! Phil met us at the Villa and showed us around and even came back on our departure day to take the ( smaller) cases.

“We 3 "ladies" spent a very pleasant week at Felippe..in the sunshine of course.
The villa provides all that is needed for a relaxing holiday, plenty of sunbeds on the terrace and a barbeque which was well used. The washing machine was useful as we did not need to take too many clothes on the flight. The pool looked lovely but cold so I did not take a dip! A short walk towards the sea front is a Spar shop and then all the restaurants/bars and shops.
Phil was very helpful.
We do recommend Casa Felippe.....enjoy”
