About the property

Spacious (52 sq m) luxury privately owned 1 bedroom apartment with a large L shaped balcony (13 sq m) which faces south-west with good sea views.

The bedroom has two single beds, a ceiling fan, wardrobes and en-suite bathroom. There is a separate shower room with a large walk-in shower. Both bathrooms have a toilet and a wash basin with a large mirror and overhead lighting.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with a 4 ring ceramic hob, oven, large fridge, separate freezer, microwave and washing-machine. The lounge/diner includes large sofa-bed which sleeps a further 2 people and has two ceiling fans. The apartment has satellite TV and a DVD player. There is underground private parking.

The complex has an internationally renowned bowling green, 3 bars, heated pool with children’s area, snooker table, jacuzzi, sauna and a well-equipped gym. There are lifts, ramps and steps to all areas making the complex wheelchair friendly.

Restaurants and supermarkets are within easy walking distance or the more lively area of San Blas has shops, restaurants and evening entertainment. San Blas is about 5 minutes drive or a 4 euro taxi ride away.

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 2 people sharing.

Holiday rental prices from £225 to £250 per week

The refundable deposit (minimum £75 / €101.25) is primarily to ensure return of the key and that the garage zapper key is left in the apartment.

Minor accidents do not affect the return of the deposit but please let us know so that we can correct the problem.

The highest price (£250 / €337.50) is for Christmas, New Year and Easter. All other times are at £225 / €303.75.

About Golf del Sur, Tenerife

Golf del Sur is a green oasis built around a 27 hole championship golf course that has hosted several international events. A quieter area of Tenerife, it is ideally suited to golfers, young families and those who just want to take life easy. Sandy beaches are a few minutes drive away and bars, restaurants and shops are available on the San Blas centre. Busier nightlife and more shopping available 10 to 15 minutes drive away in Los Cristianos and Las Americas.

Golf del Sur holiday villas and apartments are widely available, many have reduced green fees for those wanting to play at the championship course.
