About Casa La Concha 1
Spacious detached villa in quiet village, having private swimming pool, but close to beach & all amenities, ideally located for sight seeing. We are situated in a cul-de-sac no traffic. If you need help with pricing,do let us have your budget figure
The villa has 5 double bedrooms, 2 shower rooms and a bathroom with shower. A large kitchen/diner which is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster & mini grill.
2-6 persons we section off the villa just allowing 3 bedrooms plus usual facilities mentioned.
The villa is surrounded by terraces with sun beds & gas barbeque. The swimming pool is heated & is 9m x 5m. Transfers to and from the airport, car hire available.
Guime is located 5 minutes away from airport, Playa Honda shoping centre, 10 minutes drive to Puerto del Carmen.

Guime is a village situated in the hills overlooking Arrecife and the sea. Centrally situated, it is within easy reach of Arrecife, Puerto del Carmen and all the main tourist attractions as well as the airport, which is a 15-minute drive.
Owner's Tips
We recommend that you hire a vehicle. We have a Toyota Previa for hire, fully insured and seats 7 people. Negotiable!!
Guime is ideally situated, close to the coast, in a rural setting with easy access to alll places of interest.

“We had a most enjoyable and relaxing holiday here, Barbara and Derek provided everything we needed including airport transfers. The only improvement would be some new sunbeds! The pool and barbecue area were fantastic, we had a dishwasher and washing machine, plenty of space, shop nearby-what more could you want? We didn't hear much noise at all from the airport and the pool was kept clean.Thankyou Derek and Babs! Jayne Mullen and family.”

“Had a fantastic holiday with my 2 children thanks to Derek and Barbara. The villa was faultless Derek and Barbara could not have been more helpful and totally genuine right from the moment they collected us from the airport.
The village of Guime is beautiful, so unspoilt just as described and only 5 mins from airport and Playa Honda. You must visit Pedro's Bar - great value on the seafront. Carmen is 5-10 mins away for more shops etc you get the best of both worlds. Derek and Barbara are always on hand if you need anything, the pool was kept spotless by Derek and was always warm and ready to use.
I would totally recommend the villa to anyone especially with children as it is very safe and spacious also totally private. I must agree with everything the other reviewers have said. Will I go back? Yes i can't wait! Derek and Barbara have become friends and will be in touch soon to thank them for a great holiday. Words cannot really do it or them justice.”
