About the property

Brand new in Feb 2006, this executive private 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom fully air-conditioned villa, doubled glazed, private walled swimming pool area, pool is heated all year round by solar and electric heated during winter months.

This villa is furnished to a very high standard, it is not on a complex, there are other villas in the area already built and others still to be built, all mod cons including centralised vacuum system.

We now have internet access available at 15€ per week if required.

Holiday rental prices

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 2 people sharing.

January - April	£800 per week for up to 2 guests (Plus £75 per additional guest)
May - June	£600 per week FLAT RATE (regardless of party size)
July - Mid Dec	£800 per week for up to 2 guests (Plus £75 per additional guest)

About Callao Salvaje, Tenerife

Callao Salvaje is a village situated on the south - west coast of Tenerife, between the bustling resort of Playa de las Americas and the more tranquil resort of Los Gigantes. Callao Salvaje offers a good selection of restaurants, bars, shops, car hire, bank etc, and is only a 20 minute drive away from the airport.

The resort is within easy reach of the golf courses, the nearest one being the Costa Adeje, which is just a 5 minute drive away.

Owner's Tips...

Car is recommended, although villa is within walking distance of the village. Ideal for golfers, nearest golf course Costa Adeje and the new abama course.
