Las Brisas has a large heated swimming pool ( with life guard), surrounded by sun loungers and parasols, a separate childrens pool, a childrens play area and 2 tennis courts.

Overlooking the pool is the reception building including a snack bar, bar and restaurant, indoor games room and shop. Internet access is available in reception for a nominal fee. Las Brisas is only a five minute walk from the shops, bars, restaurants and beaches of Playa Blanca.

The bungalow which we have kept in a typical 'Spanish Style' has its own patio garden which includes 2 sun loungers, patio furniture and a barbecue. It is well appointed with an all electric 'Spanish' kitchen comprising oven/hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine and a microwave oven along with a full range of crockery and cutlery. The comfortable living area includes a dining table and chairs, a colour television with satellite reception, a DVD and a telephone. There is a sofa bed which sleeps 2.

There is the option of air conditioning in the bedroom if required, at a charge of 25 euros per week, payable to reception.

The bedroom has two single beds, supplied with bed linen, there is plenty of storage space and a mosquito roller blind to the window. A hairdryer is supplied. The separate recently refurbished bathroom comprises of a wash basin, toilet, bidet, bath with shower over, shaving point, mosquito blind to the window. Towels are provided.

Pool towels are provided but a refundable deposit is required on your arrival at Las Brisas.

2 internet kiosks are available at reception. Printing also available. Wi FI access available for laptops. On most occasions I have had Wifi access from the villa (but I cannot guarantee!) charge of 10 euros payable to reception.

No extra charges for Xmas/ Easter, the price you see is the price you pay! Payment by cheque,BACS transfer or PayPal (3% fee).
10% deposit required and the balance is due 6 weeks before departure. On your arrival at Las Brisas there is a refundable deposit required for the pool towels.

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote

Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.

The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.

Owner's Tips

Playa Blanca is approximately 30 minutes drive from Arrecife. Located on the south coast of Lanzarote, Las Brisas is a well established complex of bungalows originally developed by Wimpey. The complex has been credited as a R.C.I. Gold Crown Resort.

PLEASE NOTE that our villa and the Las Brisas complex has a full TOURISTIC LICENCE and that the villa and the resort is managed and maintained on our behalf by Wimpen Leisure Management SA.



DEPARTURE DAY INFO:
A scale is available at reception to check whether your suitcase meets the airline requirements for your return journey.

Please vacate the villa by 10.00am. You may leave your luggage in a safe room in reception and also use a courtesy shower room.

What we love about our property
The villa has been in the family since it was built. We love it's quiet position on the complex, and it is close to the pool and all amenities. We have been careful to keep a 'Spanish' feel to Villa 105. Villa 105 has a full touristic licence
