Las Brisas has a large heated swimming pool ( with life guard), surrounded by sun loungers and parasols, a separate childrens pool, a childrens play area and 2 tennis courts.
Overlooking the pool is the reception building including a snack bar, bar and restaurant, indoor games room and shop. Internet access is available in reception for a nominal fee. Las Brisas is only a five minute walk from the shops, bars, restaurants and beaches of Playa Blanca.
The bungalow has its own patio garden which includes 2 sun loungers, patio furniture and a barbecue. It is well appointed with an all electric kitchen comprising oven/hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine and a microwave oven along with a full range of crockery and cutlery. The comfortable living area includes a dining table and chairs, a colour television with satellite reception, a DVD and a telephone. There is a sofa bed which sleeps 2.
There is the option of Air Conditioning in the bedroom if required, at a charge of 25 euros per week, payable to reception.
The bedroom has two single beds, supplied with bed linen, there is plenty of storage space and a mosquito roller blind to the window. A hairdryer is supplied. The separate bathroom comprises of a wash basin, toilet, bidet, bath with shower over, shaving point, mosquito blind to the window. Towels are provided.
Pool towels are provided but a refundable deposit is required on your arrival at Las Brisas.

No extra charges for Xmas/ Easter, the price you see is the price you pay! Payment by cheque. 10% deposit required and the balance is due 6 weeks before departure. On your arrival at Las Brisas there is a refundable deposit required for the pool towels.
Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.
The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.
Playa Blanca is approximately 30 minutes drive from Arrecife. Located on the south coast of Lanzarote, Las Brisas is a well established complex of bungalows originally developed by Wimpey. The complex has been credited as a R.C.I. Gold Crown Resort.
