About Villa Clara
4 bedrooms - 8 sleeping spaces (2 doubles, 4 singles) Privately owned and managed. Private heated pool. Private walled terrace. FREE wifi broadband internet access. FREE welcome pack. Sat TV. 15 mins walk to the beach and main resort. Golf course and water park close by. Villa Clara is a well equipped home from home and comes recommended by all our guests. Also we live locally and are on hand to assist you should you need it.
The villa is set over 2 floors. On the ground floor the lounge looks out onto the pool and has sky satellite TV with English telly*, DVD player with a minimum of 20 recent films, CD/radio/ipod dock, books and games. The indoor dining table seats 6 comfortably. The modern kitchen is fully equipped including oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and drying area. There is a full bathroom, two bedrooms, one twin and one double with ample wardrobe space.
On the first floor there is a second bathroom and two further bedrooms, one double, one twin, with ample wardrobe space. Both bedrooms have patio doors leading to the large upstairs terrace providing uninterrupted sea views. This terrace is large enough for dining and sunbathing.
The private ground floor terrace provides a heated swimming pool, outdoor shower, comfortable sun loungers, outdoor dining area under a pergola and barbecue area with coal barbecue. The upstairs terrace also has patio table and chairs. The swimming pool is kept clean with a salt water chlorination system which makes natural chlorine, kinder on the environment and kinder on your skin. No more stingy eyes or other chlorine related irritations.
Maid service is once per week with an additional towel change mid week. A set of poolside towels are included for the duration of stay.
A complimentary champagne welcome pack is provided of tea, coffee, milk, biscuits, mineral water and a bottle of bubbly.
*there are limited sky channels.

There is no additional charge for pool heating, pool is heated year round. There are no additional utility charges.
We accept payment by credit card via PayPal without any surcharges.
We accept any day arrivals. We are flexible on the number of days stay for short breaks or longer stays.
No charge is made for infants 0-2yrs. Cot with bedding, high chair & stairgate is provided free of charge.

About Costa Teguise, Lanzarote
Costa Teguise is one of the main tourist resorts on the island, with big luxury hotels and apartments where architecture and landscape have been harmoniously integrated. As well as the main beach of Las Cucharas there are many other waterfront areas to choose from.
If sport is your thing then Costa Teguise is well worth a visit. With several diving centres, a golf course and bicycle hire shops all at arms length you can't go far wrong. For families, Ocean Water Park is based just 2km inland from Costa Teguise which boasts water slides, flumes and heated swimming pools. Open daily from 10am – 6pm.
There are many restaurants in Costa Teguise where the locals welcome those with children, don't be surprised if they are given sweets at the end of a meal!

Villa Clara is well situated for easy access to the golf course (2 min drive) and its lively aqua park is only a 10 minute walk away.
There are many varied restaurants, shops and bars within Costa Teguise to suit all tastes and budgets. Recommended Restaurants 10 mins walk: La Jornada - Canarian Restaurant & Monmartre - French Bistro. 15 - 20 mins walk: Kirman La Pikada / Repikada, Navarro

“Gorgeous villa! We spent our honeymoon here and stayed for 10 nights. The villa was clean and tidy and the pool was lovely! There is a small spar just round the corner but a much bigger one about 10-15 minute walk away where there are also some gorgeous restaurants, some shops and some pubs. The beach is really close and there are three all in walking distance. We booked excursions with last minute and they were super! The owners came half way through our stay to clean and even looked after our luggage on our last day. Great villa, gorgeous little island, fab holiday!”

Pool fantastic villa is spotless seen as i am a clean freak !!! Could not ask for more everything and i mean everything you need is here !!! Lovely welcome pack greeted us on our arrival pool towel change arrived after three days !!!! We have already booked for 10 days next xmas 2013 !!! So close to the town and beaches but lovely an peaceful of a night!! We would just love to thank clare an kate for an exceptional stay loved loved loved it !!! An we still have three days left !!! Lol ... Cnt wait to return !!! FABULOUS !!!!! Love the traynor family xxxx”

“Just returned from 2 week holiday stayed at Villa Clara. It was our first time in a villa - 6 of us travelled, 4 adults and 2 kids - and we would definately return. The villa is spotless and has all the equipment and added extras you will ever need for a stress free holiday. In our opinion the villa is perfectly situated, away from all the hustle and bustle but 10-15 mins pleasant walk away from the heart of Teguise. A taxi ride home cost just over 2 euros if little legs found it a bit tiring! Kate and Clare were perfect hosts and ensured we had everything we needed during our stay. For anyone enquiring about staying here we would definately recommend it. Just all the little extras made it so special - free wifi, beach towels, free sky tv, lots of recents dvds, a great bbq, a fab pool, kitchen with fridge freezer (saved a fortune on icreams by stocking up!) I could go on and on! Brilliant holiday.”
