About the property

The villa is situated in the tranquil country village of Nazaret in Lanzarote, Villa Ann offers a special property for holiday accommodation. Villa Ann is privately owned and maintained to a high standard.

King size bed in master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 2 further twin bedded rooms sharing a shower room. Fully fitted kitchen with gas cooker, microwave and washing machine. Comfortable and spacious lounge with 37" LCD flat screen TV featuring full Sky package, including BBC, ITV, sport and movies. German and Spanish satellite TV also available.

Baby/toddler equipment available, at no extra cost, including cot, highchair, buggy, baby monitor, baby bath, steam steriliser, bibs, bottles, potty etc .

Totally secluded and private solar heated swimming pool for sole use of villa guests. Pool area is accessed by a fully lockable gate to prevent small children from entering unattended. Coming soon an outdoor pool table. To save precious space in your suitcase, beach towels are provided for use during your stay.

Small, newly refurbished, supermarket and restaurant within walking distance. Further bars and restaurants 2km away in old capital of Teguise.

Owner's Tips...

There are lots of exciting places to visit. Sundays see the large market at Teguise where you can purchase some lovely lace and leather goods as well as take tapas and a cold beer in one of the many bars.

Timanfaya National Park is a must see and a tour on one of the buses around the park gives a great insight into the history of the area, as well as many spectacular sites.

There are some beautiful beaches to visit, including one in the capital of Arrecife, Playa Reducto, where after a mornings shopping you can cool off with a quick dip in the sea and then laze around on the lovely golden sandy beach.

About 5 minutes walk from the villa is a typically Canarian Restaurant, which sells good food and great wine!

There are lots more places to visit, too numerous to mention here, but a quick visit to my own website will give you plenty more information.
