About the property

This well appointed property is situated in middle of middle row of bungalows in Vistas Del Mar development just off Calle Togio about 8 minutes walk to biosphera shopping centre and similar distance to the sea at grande Playa. It boasts excellent sea views and electrically heated pool to temperature of 28 degrees.

The accommodation consists of lounge with satellite TV which includes sports and movies, /diner and well equipped kitcken with dishwasher, microwave etc. The washing machine is sited in utiliy area. Bedroom 1 has double bed and patio doors to terrace, bedroom 2 has twin beds and mosquito wire on window.

The large terrace has patio table and 4 chairs and 4 loungers. There is also a BBQ outside and heater in lounge.

One bathroom has bath with shower and the 2nd has a large walk in shower. The bungalow has a window in the dining room and also a slightly larger pool and wider terrace as extra.

About Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote

About 15 minutes drive from Arrecife airport, Puerto del Carmen offers 5km of broad, pale sandy beaches as well as a wide variety of places to eat and drink and it remains a popular destination for holidaymakers from far and wide. Made up of a ‘new’ and ‘old’ town, Puerto del Carmen has no high-rise structures and almost all buildings are white and unpretentious.

For nightlife in Puerto del Carmen you can watch the locals taking part in a few games of boules in the old town, which seems to be a nightly occurrence. The old town also offers a great variety of restaurants serving fresh fish, while if you head off into the holiday area you'll find everything from traditional English sports bars to Chinese restaurants.

Owner's Tips...

A car while not necessary is useful to explore the beautiful island.

There are lots of excellent restaurants locally eg montmartre, el Tomate.
