About the property

The property is a beautifully furnished linked villa situated in a small, quiet, exclusive complex, ideally located for the beach, shops and restaurants of Costa Teguise.

The villa has a spacious lounge and dining area with patio doors leading on to a furnished terrace which overlooks the swimming pool and has sea views.

Upstairs there is a large double master bedroom and twin bedroom with balcony, both with sea views. There is a further twin bedroom downstairs. There are two good-sized family bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs, each with bath and shower.

The fully fitted kitchen comprises full-size electric oven and hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker etc. The adjoining laundry room includes washing machine and drying area. Iron and ironing board are also provided.

For families a cot, high chair and stair gates are available at no extra charge.

The property also has two designated parking spaces.

A welcome grocery pack is provided, ideal for those late arrivals.

About Costa Teguise, Lanzarote

Costa Teguise is one of the main tourist resorts on the island, with big luxury hotels and apartments where architecture and landscape have been harmoniously integrated. As well as the main beach of Las Cucharas there are many other waterfront areas to choose from.

If sport is your thing then Costa Teguise is well worth a visit. With several diving centres, a golf course and bicycle hire shops all at arms length you can't go far wrong. For families, Ocean Water Park is based just 2km inland from Costa Teguise which boasts water slides, flumes and heated swimming pools. Open daily from 10am – 6pm.

There are many restaurants in Costa Teguise where the locals welcome those with children, don't be surprised if they are given sweets at the end of a meal!

Owner's Tips...

Costa Teguise is great for watersports and ideal for families with children. There are plenty of activities to choose from, restaurants are plentiful and the island's only golf course is nearby.

For those who like to roam further afield Costa Teguise is ideally situated for exploring the island. There is an excellent bus service which goes to all the major resorts, the island's capital Arrecife and the Sunday market in Teguise.

If you prefer to hire a car, attractions such as Cesar Manrique's house, Mirador del Rio, Jameos del Agua and Cuevas de las Verdes are easliy accessible, Arrieta and Orzola are great if you like seafood and you can take a boat trip to the island of Graciosa from Orzola.

Our children love Rancho Texas and Guinate Tropical Garden. They also love the beach at Famara where they can walk paddle amongst the rockpools. Famara beach is also ideal for kite flying and a lazy seafood lunch.
