About Golf Resort
The apartment has 1 twin and 1 double bedroom, both have balconies with tables and chairs. There are two bathrooms, 1 with bath the other with walk in shower. Downstairs you will find a large very comfortable lounge with a large corner sofa , dining table and 4 chairs, occasional tables, CD player, TV, channels BBC1, 2, ITV3,4,5, and DVD player. Leading off of this is a large furnished balcony, ideal for outside dining. The kitchen has a breakfast bar and is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, coffee maker, ironing facilities. During 2011 we have refurbished the kitchen and shower room , upgraded our furniture in the lounge, bedrooms and downstairs balcony. For our younger guests a high chair is available. A welcome pack comprising of water, milk,tea,coffee and sugar is provided.
Outside you will find your own washing area with sink and washing machine. For those of you that wish to play golf, we can help to arrange tee off times.
For those guests looking for peacefull accomodation with no night time noise Golf Resort is the perfect location.
We do not ask that you leave the apartment in the morning on the day of your departure. The accommodation will be yours for the whole day.

About Playa de las Americas, Tenerife
The start of major tourism began here in the late 1960's and Playa de las Americas is now brimming with hotels and apartments, bars and restaurants. This area has a reputation of all-year round fun in the sun. The artificial beaches are a haven for sun-worshippers and can get very busy at peak times in the year. If you are looking for an easy holiday with lots of entertainment on hand, Playa de las Americas is for you.
Owner's Tips
The apartment overlooks Playa de las Americas Golf course. There are now eight on the island all of which are only a short distance away. For the children the Aqua Park and the new Siam Park are only a 10 minute ride away. There are plenty of activities at the beaches of Las Americas and Los Cristianos. Watersports and perhaps a trip to La Gomera.

“My husband, 16yr old daughter and I spent a week at New Year staying in this lovely property. We found the apartment spacious and furnished and fitted to a high standard. We had a good holiday and enjoyed mainly good weather. Could not have asked for anything else from the apartment,well equipped kitchen, television with British channels , DVD player etc , and with the three terraces and garden furniture available you are able to catch the sun at any time. The view from the master bedroom looking directly onto the golf course is very pleasant. The only thing I would say is that the apartment is a little away from the town and beach etc so if you don't hire a car it's a bit of a trek. We didn't mind the walk at all but at the time of our stay, there was a problem with the street lights in one section and we had to walk in the dark but I'm sure that will have been sorted out by now. Would definitely recommend to anyone who appreciates quality accomodation.”

“Many thanks Chris for a fantastic holiday in your Apartment.
The apartment is furnished to an extremely high standard with every home comfort you could need making us wish we owned one ourselves!
It was perfectly located for us, nice and quiet but easily accessible to Las Americas and Los Cristianos for the beach and restaurants.
We like to walk into Las Americas on an evening for dinner and drinks then get a Taxi back to the apartment (costing 3.5 to 5 Euros) as there are lots of places to eat and cater for all tastes (and budgets).
We will coming back soon and i would recommend to anyone who enjoyes a relaxing stay without the 'Package Holiday' noise makers!
Many thanks again for a great holiday.”
