About the property

Situated in a quiet, elevated position between the old town and the port, Villa Jasmina is ideally located for all that Jávea has to offer.

Set in terraced gardens with mature trees, flowering shrubs, and fruit trees, most of the living rooms and pool area are on one level, with a bedroom, bathroom and sun lounge on the upper level, reached by steps from the pool terrace. The beamed ceilings, several very nice pieces of traditional Spanish furniture, and the attractive décor, combine to create a warm, pleasant and homely atmosphere, with plenty of space for indoor and outdoor living.

The villa is just 15 minutes walk downhill to the historic old town of Jávea, whilst the walk to the Port takes around 20 minutes. By car, all the attractions are within very easy reach. Shops, bars and restaurants abound at the Arenal sandy beach, the Port, and in the old town, each of these areas having its own distinct character and atmosphere. There are two golf courses very close by, and there are others within a 20/30 minute drive. Air conditioning included in rental price.

About Javea, Costa Blanca

Situated roughly 50km from Benidorm is the wonderful town of Javea, reckoned to be one of the sunniest places along the coast. Javea has a busy harbour and a lively fish market set in quaint narrow streets in the old style.

There are lots of properties in Javea available for holiday rentals, including luxury villas and apartments. Javea villa rentals are popular throughout the year.

The town is steeped in history and the museums trace artefacts back to Roman times. The buildings around the Plaza de la Iglesia are not to be missed!

Owner's Tips...

The villa is in the Puchol area of Javea, on the lower slopes of Cabo San Antonio, therefore there is an uphill walk on the way home! Whilst a car is not essential, it may be an advantage to have one available.
