About the property
Spacious, fully furnished well equipped apartment set on a landscaped complex with a Supermarket, 3 huge swimming pools, a Bar/Cafe and a lovely Hotel next door that offers use of their extensive facilities. Ample car parking space.
Large bedroom with 2 single beds, huge fitted wardrobes. fresh bedding for all beds & plenty of fresh towels. Fully fitted bathroom with bath, shower, w.c. & bidet. Spacious living area with comfortable furniture, 28" widescreen TV, Satellite, DVD player and over 500 English films available. Plus a double sofa bed, would suit either an adult or two children, with privacy screen. Included are cooling fans, a heater and air conditioning too.
Well appointed kitchen/dining area with all usual cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery & electrical appliances - including washing machine.
Set in beautiful surroundings with lovely views of mountains which are forever changing colour and are quite mesmerizing and the sea from the terrace, which has sun loungers, a wooden table, chairs and a barbecue. Adjacent is the Paradise Island Hotel that welcomes our guests. For all you can eat and drink all day plus entertainment it is 20€ per person, starting with breakfast served until 10 am, lunch from 1pm to 3pm. and dinner from 7 pm. to 9.30 pm. They have two bars, many pools, children's play area and entertainment for all the family.
Where else would you receive all this - Shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, soap, hairspray, deoderant (male and female), endless sun-tan lotions, moskito repellers, plug adaptors etc.......
Above all that our guests will receive a bottle of wine, a basket of fruit plus milk and water on arrival.

Pricing is fixed in Euros, all year round. Sterling equivalents are quoted as a guide only for our UK guests.
Casa Sun is 300€ (approx £240) per week, based on two people sharing. Add 100€ for an additional person. A deposit of just 100€ (£80) per week, will secure your holiday with us. This is held as a damage deposit until after your holiday. The payment for your apartment is made 6 weeks before travel. Don't worry we will send you a reminder in good time!
Booking is easy, simply arrange to transfer the small booking deposit to our UK bank details supplied upon request.

HOW TO BOOK:-
What comes first? The Chicken or the Egg?...Do I book a flight and hope to find accommodation that is acceptable? Or do I book the accommodation I like the look of and pray I can get flights, both ways, to match?...Difficult?...No, not if you do it our way...Read on, we'll make it easy for you.
Check availability with us first. We will then, on your request, guarantee to hold a period, (or a couple of periods perhaps - to give you more options), for 48 hours, whilst you go and search for your flights. If/when you can find flights that match, you can go right ahead there and then and book them, safe in the knowledge that your apartment is secured for you already. Book the flight, then confirm with us. (Within the 48 hours)...If you can't find suitable flights, then just contact us and cancel the pencilled in reservation. (No cost to you). We try to make this process easy. Because it is!
If you let us have your home address, we will post you a free DVD which walks round our apartments and the area. We also will include both our brochures for you to see. No charge for any of these.
We are on hand, (we live very close by, Tel:- 0034 600 256 750), to give any assistance you may need. We can give advice on most things about this beautiful island.
Pricing is keen in both apartments because, as we live here all year round, we are able to promote on the websites, handle email/bookings and service/clean these apartments ourselves. There are absolutely no "middle men" to pay for. (Many property owners we know pay third parties 90+ Euros/week for cleaning/laundry plus up to 20% commission to booking agents, plus pool cleaning charges, maintenance, repairs etc.. Hence their 500+ Euro/week charges.

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote
Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.
The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.
Owner's Tips...
El Horno de la Aguela (Grandma's) Restaurant for good fish and meat dishes, excellent starters and deserts. Another one not to be missed is Los Hervideros which is one of the best in Lanzarote. For Japanese food "Kaede" is fantastic, near the main taxi rank in Playa Blanca, Rincon Playa on the seafront is the best for the views, the staff, good food and very reasonable prices.
For the best pint in town we highly recommend "The Galeria Bar" (Andy & Sue's), overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, it has a great atmosphere. Watch sport on a massive TV screen or watch the boats go by, your choice!
For a great night out, go to "Rancho Texas" all you can eat and drink for 40 Euro each, floor show and line dancing. Brochures on many other excursions are in your apartment.
