About the property

Pueblo Salado is known as the most luxurious complex in this area, with three swimming pools, one covered in the winter, gymnasium, restaurant and bar, and is next to the sea and only minutes from beautiful beaches, and more bars and restaurants. The town centre is five minutes walk with lots of superb shops, bars and restaurants.

The apartment sleeps up to four, with one twin bedded room and double sofa bed in sitting room. American style kitchen well equipped, all mod cons. Sea views with a solarium above the apartment. Close to the beaches and shops, bars and restaurants. There is a video television with CNN news, and spectacular views.

This is a secure complex with security guards on the gates during the summer. One of the pools has a bar open in the summer and also a small supermarket in the summer. A must to visit.

About Puerto de Mazarron, Costa Calida

Puerto de Mazarron is a typically Spanish coastal town still undiscovered by the large tour operators. It is a popular resort for Spanish families so it can become busy in July and August. However the rest of the year it can be nice and quiet which makes Puerto de Mazarron ideal for that "get away from it all" style holiday favoured by many.

Many kilometres of safe sandy beaches and over 300 days of sunshine per year makes Puert de Mazarron an ideal true Spanish holiday destination for all the family.

Owner's Tips...

This is the area where the Madridians like to spend their holidays as the beaches are safe to swim in, and it is unspoilt, there are so many lovely places to eat and drink. There is a micro climate in this area. It is also stated to be the healthiest area in Europe by the World Health Council for Arthritus and Lung problems.
