About the property
Casa Arabella is owned by us personally and has a private electrically heated pool in the lovely front garden. It also has a small childrens play area, with slide and private sun bathing area around the back of the villa.
The villa is furnished and equipped to a high standard. It is suitable for four people and a baby/small child in a cot or Zbed. We provide everything you need for your baby (except the baby sitter which can be arranged!)
The villa has a lounge with modern furniture, kitchen with all mod cons, bathroom and large master bedroom with kingsize bed. There is a further bedroom with twin beds. There is an independant dining room off the lounge with picture window to the poolside. When we know children are coming we set the twin bedroom up with toys and books (as pictured)
There are twin leather settess, DVD player with over 30 films and plenty of hard back books for your holiday enjoyment!
We have an iron, ironing board, hairdryer, hair straighteners and of course a washing machine. We have a large toy box with something for all ages.
Please note if you are not bringing babies or children all of these items will be removed and the villa set up for adults. Parque del Rey is just a 15 min walk to the harbour, the beach and a 5 min walk further to Playa Blancas main shopping street.
We have more one bed, two bed and three bed villas available to let on Parque Del Rey so if you are travelling with others there will be similar great villas nearby for them too!

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 2 people sharing.

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote
Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.
The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.
Owner's Tips...
We love to go to Playa Flamingo beach which is great for children. We really enjoy many of the excellent restaurants in Playa Blanca and are particulary keen are the new fabulous 5* Marina Rubicon
