Separate American style kitchen plus utility room. Includes a fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, Iron and Ironing board, oven, hob and microwave, kettle, toaster, juicer and sandwich maker, wok, coffee maker and a vegetable steamer.

Owner's Tips...

Ideal for golfing holidays being centered between the three local courses of Villamartin. Las Ramblas and Campoamor.

Within easy drive of many beautiful blue flag beaches. There are a great deal of local restaurants, all are excellent.

Twenty minutes drive to the town of Torrevieja. Thirty to fifty minutes drive to Alicante airport. Only 15 minutes from Murcia airport.
