About the property

This lovely spanish villa is beautifully situated on a 2000 metre square garden with a large private terraced swimming pool. South facing you are ensured of sunlight throughout the day. In addition there is an interior walled garden with in-built barbecue for private entertaining. The balcony is glass enclosed with full length toscany arched windows which open fully in summer.

There is a fireplace in the lounge to enjoy on cold winter evenings and central heating throughout. Fully furnished and located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, this villa ensures a restful, very private and trouble free holiday.

35% deposit due upon confirmation of booking with the balance due 8 weeks before your holiday. Keys and directions will be posted to you in your home country approximately 2 weeks before your holiday. Should your booking be wiithin 8 weeks of your holiday date- payment is due in full at time of booking.

Car hire, airport pickup, shopping services, babysitting, and daily maid service are available for an additional fee upon request.

About Javea, Costa Blanca

Situated roughly 50km from Benidorm is the wonderful town of Javea, reckoned to be one of the sunniest places along the coast. Javea has a busy harbour and a lively fish market set in quaint narrow streets in the old style.

There are lots of properties in Javea available for holiday rentals, including luxury villas and apartments. Javea villa rentals are popular throughout the year.

The town is steeped in history and the museums trace artefacts back to Roman times. The buildings around the Plaza de la Iglesia are not to be missed!

The Costa Blanca offers mile after mile of beautiful beaches and virtually year-round sunshine making it one of the most popular holiday destinations in Europe. Despite this, the Costa Blanca remains one of the most scenic areas of Spain where unspoilt fishing villages and historic towns lie between miles of white sandy beaches. Our villa are situated in the centre of the region on a spectacular part of the coast where pine forests and olive groves nestle between the Montgo mountains and the sea. The region offers a wide range of watersports as well as horse riding and a selection of superb golf courses.

Terra Mitica is the Mediterranean's leading theme park. The five area's in the park are themed as different countries, Greece, Rome, Iberia, Egypt and the Islands. Each area is designed to enjoy the ancient and legendary civilisations of the Mediterranean.

Aqualandia is one of the largest water parks in Europe. The park is full of great attractions such as springboards of Laguna, Kamikaze, Atlantic wave pool and the black hole to name a few. A key feature to the water park is the child friendly Adventure Land which has been developed for infants and young children to enjoy. With over 20 rides and areas, from high adrenaline rides like the big bang, to the relaxing Amazonas.

Mundomar Marina & Exotic Animal Park is a fascinating attraction full of the most beautiful and interesting marine and exotic animals. Turtles, sea lions, bat caves, flamingos, parrots, dolphins and Racoons are just a few of the different types of marine & animal life you will encounter.

These 3 parks are all about a 30 minute car ride from the villa, with live shows, rides and water slides it is a great fun packed family day out.

Oliva Nova Golf
Course was designed by Seve Ballesteros. For the past 4 seasons, important events have been celebrated here, such as the Celebrity Golf Tour and the Ray Clemence Footballers Golf Invitational. These are charity events in which the participants are famous singers, actors, sportspeople and ex-international football legends. This is a technical course over gently undulating ground. It is easy to walk, and adheres to the traditional formula of four par 3's, four par 5's and ten par 4's, where good strokes are rewarded and bad ones are not, and, as Seve himself says "This course offers great possibilities to all golfers, as it has short, medium and long holes, and fairways with left and right doglegs. I think it poses a challenge to any golfer." The amen corner of the course is at the 13th, 14th and 15th holes, where strategy and the wind are determining factors.

To date, the course has hosted various official competitions, including tournaments for Spanish professional players. It was on this course that the Peugeot Golf Tour began. So far, the best score has been that of Miguel Ángel Jiménez in January 1999 with 63 strokes, 9 under par. For the past 4 years it has hosted the beginning of the EPD Tour season, the 3rd level tournament of the European Circuit and the Classification School (PQ 2) of the European Tour in November 2004. It has also been host to the world championship of the World GolfTeachers Federation and to the Super-Seniors World Championship.

La Sella Golf
The 18 hole Golf Club La Sella is surrounded by an ecosystem of Mediterranean forests and mountains alongside the stunning natural park of Montgo. From everywhere on the golf course, different species of olive, orange and almond trees are seen, which makes this place together with it’s middle temperatures, a wonderful destination to play Golf.
It has a variable and suggestible course situated in a protected ambience and is designed in a way that is suitable for all levels of the game. The course was designed by the prolific golfer Jose Maria Olazabal in 1991 and an extension to 27 holes will be available soon. What better course to play, than one designed by Olazabal, the double Masters champion. La Sella Golf has the best Golfing Academy on the Costa Blanca. The academy welcomes guests who wish to learn the sport as well as the more experienced players who would like to improve their game and learn from our Golf Academy Director, Jose Manuel Carriles or one of his excellent team of professionals.
