About the property

Casa Serena is a luxury villa built as a private house by a local architect. As such it is in one the most desirable areas of Costa Teguise but is only minutes walk from the beaches and local amenities.

The living accommodation is all on the ground floor and comprises a separate English style lounge and spacious kitchen/diner. The entrance hall leads to a internal hall separated by glass doors from a central atrium with stairs to the rooftop solarium. There are 2 twin bedded rooms with built-in wardrobes and the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and separate dressing. The master bedroom has direct access to the pool area. There is satellite TV with DVD and video players and the stereo system is linked to speakers in every room (including bathrooms).

The house is encircled by patio areas with a built-in barbecue and separate entrance to the washing/drying room. There is an abundance of sunbeds/patio furniture.

Latest island satellite system (90 channels) just installed. Full maid service on Thursdays, on arrival and midway for two week stays. Plentiful supply of towels and bedlinen.

About Costa Teguise, Lanzarote

Costa Teguise is one of the main tourist resorts on the island, with big luxury hotels and apartments where architecture and landscape have been harmoniously integrated. As well as the main beach of Las Cucharas there are many other waterfront areas to choose from.

If sport is your thing then Costa Teguise is well worth a visit. With several diving centres, a golf course and bicycle hire shops all at arms length you can't go far wrong. For families, Ocean Water Park is based just 2km inland from Costa Teguise which boasts water slides, flumes and heated swimming pools. Open daily from 10am – 6pm.

There are many restaurants in Costa Teguise where the locals welcome those with children, don't be surprised if they are given sweets at the end of a meal!

Owner's Tips...

The surrounding area is relatively flat giving easy walking. Costa Teguise is compact, but has all the amenities required and has lovely beaches and many restaurants and bars. Lanzarote's only golf course is a short drive and near to the Waterpark. All watersports are catered for including diving, windsurfing and deep sea fishing. Costa Teguise is centrally located for exploring the island.
