A newly built two bedroom air-conditioned townhouse situated in a quiet location on a private exclusive development in the centre of Costa Caleta. 5 minutes walk from a sandy beach. 2 minutes walk from the main centre with a huge variety of restaurants, bars and shops. 5 minutes drive from the PGA Golf Course and 300 yards from one of the best fishing spots on the Island.
The property is arranged over two floors and overlooks the large heated communal pool and landscaped gardens. It is furnished to a very high standard throughout with a spacious lounge complete with 3 seater & 2 seater leather settee's. A 32" LCD Flatscreen tv, satellite , DVD, CD hi-fi ( a selection of DVD's & CD's have been provided for your enjoyment). An XBox and games are also provided for kids big and small! Fully equipped kitchen/breakfast room with washing machine, ceramic hob, full oven, microwave, full size fridge-freezer.
On the upper level there are 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom with shower and on the lower level you will find a cloakroom w.c. The two bedrooms each have fitted wardrobes and their own private balcony, one has twin beds the other a double. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans as well as the lounge, which has two.
There is a private patio leading from the dining area with patio table and chairs including sun beds. Also supplied are hairdryers and an iron & ironing board for your convenience as well as a travel cot, buggy and highchair.

About Costa Caleta, Fuerteventura
Costa Caleta (formerly known as Caleta de Fuste) thrives on tourism, with lots of accommodation to offer, a fantastic golden sandy beach popular for water sports enthusiasts. The tourist centre of El Castillo (the castle) stands next to the harbour and is well worth a visit.
The town of Caleta is often referred to as a holiday village. The man made beach has been carefully constructed to avoid currents and is in the shape of a horse shoe. This ensures it is perfectly safe for children of all ages. Those wanting to be a little more adventurous can go diving, hire jet skis or learn to windsurf at the water centre on the beach. Costa Caleta harbour is home to many yachts, catamarans and boats which provide local trips as well as providing a beautiful backdrop in the evenings.
There is a multitude of good restaurants in Costa Caleta that can cater for all tastes at very reasonable prices. Steaks and Fish are particularly good, however there are also Chinese, Indian, Greek and English restaurants all within a close area. There are also a number of good supermarkets within the area.
Situated on the east coast of the island, roughly 10km south of the airport and approximately 20 minutes south of Puerto del Rosario. There is a local bus service, which runs every 30 minutes and provides air conditioned coaches for the trip. At 1 Euro (65p) it is an extremely cheap and easy way to get around. Budget car rental in Costa Caleta is available for those wishing to explore the island at their leisure.
