About the property
South facing spacious two bedroom apartment on quiet residential complex with sea views. The complex has two swimming pools and childrens play area.
Large terrace (38 sq metres) with table and chairs to seat 6, and two sun loungers. The lounge is tastfully furnished with 3 seater sofa bed, dining table, chairs, satellite TV and hi-fi. Each bedroom has two single beds and fitted wardrobes. A Graco travel cot is also available.
Close to commercial centre with a wide variety of restaurants, bars, entertainment, with shops and supermarket.
The 27 hole championship golf course is adjacent, and it's neighbouring 18 hole course at Amarilla Golf 10 minutes away. Golf del Sur is an ideal family resort, it offers a wide range of facilities including horse riding, karting, and bowling.

About Golf del Sur, Tenerife
Golf del Sur is a green oasis built around a 27 hole championship golf course that has hosted several international events. A quieter area of Tenerife, it is ideally suited to golfers, young families and those who just want to take life easy. Sandy beaches are a few minutes drive away and bars, restaurants and shops are available on the San Blas centre. Busier nightlife and more shopping available 10 to 15 minutes drive away in Los Cristianos and Las Americas.
Golf del Sur holiday villas and apartments are widely available, many have reduced green fees for those wanting to play at the championship course.
