South facing spacious two bedroom apartment on quiet residential complex with sea views. The complex has two swimming pools and well kept gardens. Apartment is adjacent to the main heated swimming pool.
Large terrace (38 sq metres) with table and chairs to seat 6, two sun loungers, and a barbeque. The lounge is tastfully furnished with 3 seater sofa bed, dining table, chairs, satellite TV, CD player, and ipod dock. Each bedroom has two single beds and fitted wardrobes. A Graco travel cot is also available.
Close to commercial centre with a wide variety of restaurants, bars, entertainment, with shops and supermarket.
Excellent Bar/ Restaurant on the complex with regular evening entertainment. Bus stop outside appartment block with good local services.
The 27 hole championship golf course is adjacent, and it's neighbouring 18 hole course at Amarilla Golf 10 minutes away. Golf del Sur is an ideal family resort, it offers a wide range of facilities including horse riding, karting, and bowling.

Golf del Sur is a green oasis built around a 27 hole championship golf course that has hosted several international events. A quieter area of Tenerife, it is ideally suited to golfers, young families and those who just want to take life easy. Sandy beaches are a few minutes drive away and bars, restaurants and shops are available on the San Blas centre. Busier nightlife and more shopping available 10 to 15 minutes drive away in Los Cristianos and Las Americas.
Golf del Sur holiday villas and apartments are widely available, many have reduced green fees for those wanting to play at the championship course.
10 minutes walk from Golf del Sur clubhouse. 5 mins by car from Amarilla Golf.

We live in Cheshire and Terrazas de la Paz is our only overseas property and we take a pride in making it as homely as possible both for ourselves and you, our visitors. Every time we visit, which we do 2 or 3 times a year, we make improvements not only to the decor but also to the amenities we offer. A recent addition being the special water filter tap which means no more buying and lugging giant bottles of water from the supermarket! We like to think we offer a personal service and many of our clients return year after year, so we feel we must be getting something right!

Terrazas de la Paz means 'Terraces of Peace' and our apartment is in a residential block which means it is not noisy with everybody looking after their apartments and making sure the public areas are splotless. Not everyone lives there permanently but those who do are very friendly to visitors and always on hand to help with any queries etc. We never tire of the beautiful view from the huge terrace and, waking up to watch the sunrise over the sea, is paradise. The swimming pool is just a few steps away should you need to cool off and the supermarket just five minutes walk if you run out of anything. It is very safe for children and our grandchildrens' beach toys are there for all visiting children to use.
