Villa Ani-Lee is a luxury two-storey villa offering many outstanding and unusual features. New for 2008 Spend a relaxing evening with a glass of wine in our new Hot Tub. The spacious heated swimming pool has wading steps, which is surrounded by colourful plant and cactus gardens, pots, statues and an ornamental fountain, creating a beautiful setting in which to relax. The sun terraces are well equipped with patio furniture, a poolside bar and covered BBQ area with fridge and extra seating. Shaded ceramic parasol area with padded sunbeds, garden and parking. Ground floor accommodation consists of a shady covered terrace at the entrance to the villa, with dining and seating area.

Through the main entrance is the attractive, fully furnished lounge where one wall is covered in stone with lighted alcoves. A fully equipped large designer kitchen and utility room lead from the lounge. There is a dining room which will comfortably seat six, for those wishing to dine indoors. Also on this level are two bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin), both of which look on to the pool and garden. These share a beautifully fitted bathroom, created in volcanic stone with twin basin, bath/shower, bidet and toilet. Beneath the decorative wooden stairs is an interior garden enhanced by indirect lighting, surrounded by volcanic stone, creating a typical Andalucian atmosphere. On the upper floor, approaching the master bedroom, is a further sitting area leading onto the balcony which overlooks the pool and terrace areas. The master bedroom has a fully fitted bathroom en-suite where once again volcanic stone has been used to feature an interior garden.

Only a ten minute drive from the beaches and resort of Puerto Del Carmen, the villa is approached through a flower lined drive and large iron gates. Attractive white ballastrading enhances the extensive grounds and upper level of the villa.

In the village of Tias, which is approximately 7 kilometres from the main tourist resort of Puerto Del Carmen and 5 kilometres from Arrecife Airport, you will find a supermarket, shops, good local restaurants, tapas bars, bakery, and taxi rank. Lanzarote, lying in a sub-tropical location off the coast of West Africa, has an all year round sunny climate.

Maid service and linen change weekly. Pool cleaned twice weekly. Pool heated in winter months by electric and in summer months by solar. There are a total of 3 dining rooms - two indoor/one outdoor under covered patio area.

A beautiful Canarian town with a range of shops, bars and restaurants. Tías is a 5km drive inland from Puerto del Carmen and within easy reach of the busy tourist districts. Although it is a predominantly Spanish town, the expat population has grown over recent years, so much that all street signs are now in Spanish and English!
