About the property
These apartments have marina and sea views and are in the tranquil complex of Poblado Marinero, adjacent to marina which is focal point of the village.
Shops, bars and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets are in abundance and there are several reasonably priced supermarkets.
There is no swimming pool within the complex but there is a seawater lido "El Laguillo" adjacent and The Oasis Club a short stroll away, both of these have daily or weekly membership and we have a negotiated discount. In addition the beach is a stones throw away. The Oasis with its grassy lawns and popular restaurant and snack bar make it a hit with families.
The apartment is 2 bedroomed (1 double/1 twin) with full wardrobe space, with a bathroom with shower over, wc and washbasin and an additional washroom with wc and basin. There are also fans in most rooms. Clean linen is provided weekly, as are towels. You must provide your own beach towels though or hire them locally from our manageress.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, microwave and fridge/freezer and a full selection of cutlery, crockery and equipment. There is also an iron and board and a safe. There is a washing machine in the utility area and clothes airers.
The living room has a dining table and chairs, coffee table, and tv which has british channels (BBC, ITV and Sky) and video player & dvd player. There is also a radio and cd player. There are two settees one of which converts to a double bed - which realistically sleeps 1 adult or 2 children.
The balconies benefit from sunshine in the afternoon and evening ideal to watch the world go by with a large G & T! There are sunloungers, chairs and table for alfresco dining.
There are outstanding views of marina, cliffs and La Gomera.
Welcome grocery packs are available for late arrivals, Special Occasion packs with champagne, cake, flowers or cards can be arranged. Mid week clean and linen change available. Garage space available. Laundry service. Hire of items such cots, high chairs.
We also have negotiated a discounted rate on local car hire for exploring the island and can recommend a reliable competitive airport transfer, that is much cheaper then airport taxis and will meet you flight whatever the hour. There is nothing nicer then someone waiting with a board with your name on after a long flight!

About Los Gigantes, Tenerife
The sheer cliffs of “The Giants” attract scores of visitors every year and the views are some of the most spectacular on the island. This area remains one of the few calmer holiday destinations, which is quite rare on Tenerife. However the town of Puerto de Santiago, which lies South of Los Gigantes is more developed and relies heavily upon tourism.
Owner's Tips...
We have an ever added to visitors book with helpful comments and hints and a selection of maps and brochures for local attractions and eating places. Los Gigantes boasts the best climate on Tenerife. Car Hire is not essential, there are a reliable & reasonable taxi and local bus service. We are able to source neighbouring apartments for larger parties or if we are full. If you have any queries whatsoever please dont hesitate to call and we will assist wherever possible - our aim is for your enjoyment!
