This quiet and spacious complex is conveniently situated near the heart of Playa Blanca and its Punta Limones centre within easy walking distance of the harbour and seafront promenade as well as local beaches, bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets.
The modernised bungalow with its own garden and patio providing views of the communal pool, sleeps up to 4 people.
Accommodation consists of a living room with double pull-out sofa bed, single convertible pouffe bed, satellite TV with DVD player, a radio/CD player, coffee table, cabinet and bookshelves.
Bedroom with twin beds, built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers. A fully tiled bathroom with toilet, sink and walk-in shower.
A fully equipped kitchen with hob, combination microwave, grill, washing machine and fridge. Dining area with foldaway table and bench seating.
There are ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom.
A private patio with sun loungers, table, chairs, parasol and built-in barbecue.
Free welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk, sugar, biscuits and water supplied for new arrivals.

Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.
The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.
Ideally situated within a short distance of the town centre, harbour and seafront promenade of Playa Blanca as well as its beaches, shops, restaurants and bars.

“Just spent 5 weeks at this property and it had everything you would need for a long stay from a pack of cards to a washing machine. The complex is well cared for with lovely gardens, and it is only a few minutes walk to the nearest supermarket, restaurants and bars. The bus stop is 5 minutes away and with a bono card you can go most anywere. We would recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet and peaceful holiday.”

“Just spent a week in Jardin del Sol and would definitely use it again. Playa Blanca was the best of all the resorts we visited - Puerto Calero the poshest! very nice. But taking everything into account, Playa Blanca had the best facilities, restaurants and the new marina Rubicon is very swish.
The bungalow is just a short stroll away from the resort centre in a very nice quiet area. Accommodation is spot on for a couple, we ate breakfast on the patio in December. All fully equipped and very clean, can't really fault it. We didn't use the pool at all as we were out and about, plus in November/December, it's maybe just a bit chilly.”

“Just returned from a great week at Jardin Del Sol. We were looking for a restful and warm week and we were not disappointed. The accommodation was just right for the two of us, we had everything we needed and we hope to visit again next year.
The complex itself whilst being slightly older than some in Playa Blanca it ment the gardens were mature and the pool was larger than if it had been built in the last few years. The complex is situated within a short walk of all the facilities you could need, shops, beaches, bars and resturants. If you are considering going to Playa Blanca we would suggest hiring a car at the airport, it costs about the same for a week as the taxi to and from the airport.”

“The accommodation was of a very good standard. Very spacious for the 2 of us, much better than staying in an apartment complex! You had your own private patio area to sunbathe in and the pool was handy and really quiet. Would recommend this property to other couples and holidaymakers who want some privacy, good accommodation and a relaxing holiday!”
