Our superior and spacious aparment "costa rica" is situated in La Nucia, about 40 mins from Alicante airport and 55 mins from Valencia airport. It is approximately 3 miles inland from Benidorm in the peaceful urbanisation Panorama. This is a newly built property which has excelent views of the sea and Peacock Island (Benidorm Rock).
The locality has its own on-hand facilities all within minutes walking distance. Supermarkets, bakery, bank, several bars, 3 restaurants, tennis courts, squash courts, childrens park and large swimming pool.
The ground floor apartment is built in the Spanish style and consists of only 20 privately owned apartments set within secure walled and landscaped gardens with a swimming pool, patio area, table tennis and barbcue area immediatly in front of the property. The apartment also has its own veranda (furnished) on the front and rear garden area along with allocated private parking within the complex.
This beautiful home provides all the ceature comforts of modern living in the stylishly furnished and decorated interior, to create a home from home whilst still capturing the Spanish charm all around you.
The apartment has 4 bedrooms 2 kingsize beds and 2 twin bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equiped kithchen with cooker, fridge, microwave, washing machine etc, and a large dining room and lounge area complete with TV, DVD, and music system.

We also can offer car hire companies for you to use as we have arrangements with 2 of them who offer very competitive prices from airport to resort and return to airport (will also let you come into Alicante and leave via Valencia at no extra cost or vice versa).

This is by no doubt one of the most popular resorts on the Costa Blanca; millions of people have their annual holiday here every year. Benidorm has some excellent beaches, with crystal clear waters and fine sand and lots of watersports on offer. In the evenings, nightlife is plentiful with hundreds of bars and restaurants to choose from, which run along pretty promenades and tree-lined avenues.
Benidorm is a fun place to stay, it’s busy, has lots to offer and caters well for tourism.
Stunning beaches. Within 1 mile of Terra Mitica, and new 2 18 hole golf course. Mundomar, Aqualandia, Festilandia, safari parks and zoo. Jeep safaris, quad bikes and go-karting, tennis courts, fishing, beach activities, Daily cruises, scenic mountain walks and trips, vibrant nightlife including casinos, dinner shows and night clubs etc.
Most large bars have a nightly cabaret of quality acts to entice you into there bars. Spanish Tapas restaurants and wine tasting. New shopping mall.
We are a profesional couple who have bought our property to use for lots of holidays with family and friends and ultimately to take early retirement in the next few years and live the life!!!
We took a lot of time and care deciding where to buy our property by visiting lots of locations and areas in and around Benidorm. However, Panorama La Nucia is by far and away the best. It is very select but is friendly and is local to many fabulous restaraunts and bars of all types and persuasions including "Alcazar" which is probably in the top ten restaraunts in Spain!
We are so pleased with the very beautiful and exclusive area that our visits are becoming harder and harder to up and leave.

The wonderful gardens and pool area, but most of all the relaxed environment. However, as the property is so big even it is absolutely perfect for 2 families to share and have there own space with bathrooms on either side of the property plus a front and rear veranda and chill out area.
