A beautifully furnished 3 bedroom townhouse in a superb location with a very large corner patio, which bathes in sunshine from early morning to late evening. Perfect for those balmy evening barbeques.
Casa Caleta is an exclusive private development of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom properties, which surround a fabulous heated communal pool and wonderfully landscaped gardens. The exclusive complex is door entry only and is therefore very peaceful, but has the benefit of being only 5-10 minutes stroll from the wonderful horseshoe bay of Caleta and its huge expanse of soft, white sand, perfect for children to play. It is only a 2 minute walk to the wide selection of bars and restaurants Caleta has to offer and just 5 mins drive to a choice of 2 superb golf courses, so the location is perfect! There really is no need for a car unless you wish to expore the spectacular scenary of the island.
The accommodation is spacious and tastefully furnished throughout. There are ceiling fans in all of the rooms to help keep you comfortable.
The main level has a beautifully furnished lounge area which includes 2 comfortable sofas, a television with freeview, DVD, video and hi-fi. There is also a dining area with table and chairs to seat 6 people. The kitchen is fully fitted with a breakfast bar and stools. Facilities include a washing machine, full cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster etc. There is also a cloakroom with w.c. on this level.
The lower level has a double bedroom with private en-suite shower room with toilet and wash hand basin. The upper level has a second double bedroom and a third twin bedroom, both bedrooms benefit from built-in wardrobes and free standing furniture. Each upper bedroom has it's own small balcony, perfect to sit and have your morning cuppa, one with a view of the pool and gardens. A full family bathroom with bath, shower, toilet & bidet is also located on this level.
The patio area is very large with beautiful cactus gardens and has been furnished with a table and chairs for 6 people, sun-beds and a barbeque area. As this is a corner plot, the large patio is a distinct advantage with this property.
Also provided are essentials such as an iron and ironing board, hairdryer and a safety deposit box to store any valuables.
A cot, highchair and buggy can also be made availabe upon request, free of charge.
There is a selection of games, videos, DVD's, CD's and books to suit both children and adults alike.
Arrival and departure times will be as flexible as possible to fit in with flight times.

Costa Caleta (formerly known as Caleta de Fuste) thrives on tourism, with lots of accommodation to offer, a fantastic golden sandy beach popular for water sports enthusiasts. The tourist centre of El Castillo (the castle) stands next to the harbour and is well worth a visit.
The town of Caleta is often referred to as a holiday village. The man made beach has been carefully constructed to avoid currents and is in the shape of a horse shoe. This ensures it is perfectly safe for children of all ages. Those wanting to be a little more adventurous can go diving, hire jet skis or learn to windsurf at the water centre on the beach. Costa Caleta harbour is home to many yachts, catamarans and boats which provide local trips as well as providing a beautiful backdrop in the evenings.
There is a multitude of good restaurants in Costa Caleta that can cater for all tastes at very reasonable prices. Steaks and Fish are particularly good, however there are also Chinese, Indian, Greek and English restaurants all within a close area. There are also a number of good supermarkets within the area.
Situated on the east coast of the island, roughly 10km south of the airport and approximately 20 minutes south of Puerto del Rosario. There is a local bus service, which runs every 30 minutes and provides air conditioned coaches for the trip. At 1 Euro (65p) it is an extremely cheap and easy way to get around. Budget car rental in Costa Caleta is available for those wishing to explore the island at their leisure.
The nearby beach is a wonderful horseshoe bay, perfectly safe for young children with nets in place to enjoy a game of football and volleyball.
Activities close by include 2 golf courses, mini-golf, tennis courts, trampolining, bicycle hire, pedalo hire, scuba diving, wind surfing and boat trips.
A brand new indoor shopping complex is just 5 mins drive away, which includes a multi screen cinema, bowling alley, bars & restaurants. Behind the shopping complex is the Atlantico Beach with 4 lagoon style bays and beautiful calm seas, perfect for both children and adults alike.
There is a waterpark approx. 30 mins drive away in nearby Corralejo.
The spectacular sand dunes on the outskirts of Corralejo are also a must, approx. 30 mins. drive.

“2nd stay at Casa Caleta and will be going back again in the future. Well equiped, clean property with only a short walk to the centre. Fantastic patio, one of the best and biggest in the complex, plenty of space for 6 to sunbath and still room for the table and chairs. Communal area and swimming pool very clean. The Owners, and the couple that look after the property day to day are fantastic and very helpful.
We have been a mixture of ages 20's,40's and 70's, all have enjoyed.”

“We stayed in this property for a week as a party of 4. I'd say it would be perfect for a family of 5. The rooms were spacious (although we only saw 2 or the 3 rooms mentioned), the living area ample. The kitchen fine for preparing small meals, lunch, breakfast ect. The outside patio was probably the place where we spend most of our time when at home. It was incredibly spacious and the eating set-up was perfect (will seat 6-8 comfortably).
The pool was a real life saver as it got very hot during the day (just remember sun cream). A very large pool that was never over crowded.
The house was situated a stones throw from the coast if you walk though the hotel at the bottom of the road and is a street over from the centre of town. a short 5 min walk will take you to the beach.
In short it was a very pleasant stay and the only problem was that the CD player did not work.”

“The property is lovely and well situated. The terrace is an added bonus as it gets the sun all day long and plenty of room to spread out. We were victims of the volcanic ash and instead of staying for 1 week we were there for over 2 weeks but we felt like home to home with all the amenities.”
