About Villa Ebano
Recently redecorated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom property set in now matured landscaped gardens in pine-shaded residential area.
Master bedroom with en suite bathroom including jacuzzi bath. 2 further twin bedded rooms. Fully fitted kitchen with all appliances including dishwasher and washing machine, microwave, ceramic hob, cooker, toaster and coffee machine.
The lounge dining room has dining table to seat 6 and comfortable sofas around a fireplace for the chillier winter evenings. Hi-Fi system, TV with DVD, video and satellite box with Sky Sports package to offer something for everyone.
Outside dining on the large terrace, chimney BBQ and gas BBQ for your use. Outside storeroom contains garden and beach furniture. Brand new 3.5 m diameter above-ground pool available from May to September. Private gated entrance and inside secure parking for 2 cars. Local bars and restaurants within walking distance, as is the local 'Venta' selling essentials seven days a week. A good choice of supermarkets within a few minutes drive.

With over 3,400 hours of sunshine a year, its coastline and facilities make it a top quality location for year round sports and leisure activities. Indeed the Spanish themselves favour this holiday destination.
The Atlantic coast here, has sea warmed by the Gulf Stream, so it is pleasant to swim in all year round. Being tidal, the beaches are fresh & clean, and La Barrosa holds the prestigious Blue Flag award.

Quiet residential location near golf course and all other amenities. Good choice of restaurants and new commercial centre at Novo Sancti Petri 5 minutes drive away. Beautiful La Barrosa golden sandy beach few minutes away
