Jardines del Sol was built about five years ago, and the elegance of its classical façade and well-kept gardens and pool immediately impress. The apartment itself is light, airy, cool and uncluttered, with designer furniture, elegant décor, and simple lines; simplicity, but comfort too, as it is double glazed, fully air-conditioned and, for the cooler months, has under-floor heating with individual room controls. The charming kitchen, with its two archways, is open to the dining area. The lounge has sliding doors to the balcony – a place for relaxation, informal dining, catching the evening sun - and a glimpse of Mount Montgó. The quality of the furnishings and fittings throughout this apartment reflects its style and quiet good taste.

The location of this second floor apartment is excellent, within minutes of the bustling Port area with its many shops, supermarkets and restaurants, as well as the sea and the Club Nautico. The historic old town of Jávea is nearby, and the popular Arenal beach, with all its attractions, is five minutes away by car. Two good golf courses are within a fifteen-minute radius, and there is a comprehensive sports centre close by.

About Javea, Costa Blanca

Situated roughly 50km from Benidorm is the wonderful town of Javea, reckoned to be one of the sunniest places along the coast. Javea has a busy harbour and a walk through the narrow streets of the old town will bring you to the fish market.

There are lots of properties in Javea available for holiday rentals, including luxury villas and apartments. Javea villa rentals is big business with many offering cheaper rates during winter months.

Javea is a town steeped in history and some of the museums in the town have traces of artefacts dating back to Roman times, and some of the buildings around the Plaza de la Iglesia are not to be missed.
