Air conditioned private villa at Pals beach situated on the Costa Brava between Begur and Estartit.

This detached villa enjoys its own private garden and pool and is just 7 minutes walk to Pals beach, and just 2 minutes to restaurants, supermarket, tennis courts and other amenities.

All bedrooms have air-conditioning. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and balcony. There are 2 twin bedrooms and a family bathroom.

Downstairs there is a large living room/ dining room with patio doors leading to the garden and pool. The kitchen is fully equipped and has full size cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle,toaster and usual appliances. There is a downstairs laundry and separate cloakroom.

Outside the garden is landscaped and has sunloungers, table/chairs and a BBQ.

There is much to see and explore around Pals. This provides a tranquil holiday for the family within easy reach of beach/ restaurants and places of interest. There are many interesting bays and beautiful places to visit including medeival towns to see and much to interest younger children such as zoos and boat trips.

The area has 3 excellent golf courses within 5 minutes drive, and the PGA Catalunya is about 35 mins drive away. The property is also ideal for golfers: Pals Golf Club is just 3 mins away, Serres golf club only 5 minutes and Emporda with 36 holes just 10 minutes from the villa. Slightly further afield are PGA Catalunya (30 minutes) and Golf Club de Girona (35 minutes).

Tennis courts and mini golf are also nearby.
