Situated in the Castellans area, close to the historic town of Jávea, Villa Estepona has every ingredient for a wonderful holiday – plenty of space inside and out, good facilities, privacy, high standards, and comfort.

The large lounge is the heart of the villa, leading, on one side, to a garden room, on the other side to the bedrooms and bathrooms, via a gallery overlooking the lounge and, at the end, to the dining room. Next to this room, the large, state-of-the art kitchen has doors to the garden, barbecue area, and swimming pool. The garden room, with its sea views, arched windows the entire length and at both ends, each with double opening doors, make it the ideal place for dining and relaxing in the heat of the summer, or the cooler winter months. Two very modern and stylish bathrooms, and one shower room, complete the excellent facilities in the house itself.

Outside, the brick-built barbecue, by the pool yet close to the kitchen, is the focal point for outdoor summer living. A recent addition is a poolside shower room with handbasin and wc.

About Javea, Costa Blanca

Situated roughly 50km from Benidorm is the wonderful town of Javea, reckoned to be one of the sunniest places along the coast. Javea has a busy harbour and a lively fish market set in quaint narrow streets in the old style.

There are lots of properties in Javea available for holiday rentals, including luxury villas and apartments. Javea villa rentals are popular throughout the year.

The town is steeped in history and the museums trace artefacts back to Roman times. The buildings around the Plaza de la Iglesia are not to be missed!

Owner's Tips

A 15/20 minutes walk downhill, or just a few minutes’ drive, takes one to town, while the bustling Port area is just 10 minutes’ by car, and the drive to the Arenal beach takes about 15 minutes.

2 golf courses are very close by, and others are within a 20 minute radius.

The Javea area has no high-rise developments, and the medieval town, with its beautiful Arenal beach and pretty old port area, is an untypical, up-market Spanish tourist resort, famed for its friendly welcome and its near perfect climate, with usually 300 full days of sunshine a year.
