About the property

If its luxury you are after then look no further. Casa Oceana is an outstanding villa fitted out to the highest standard and a stones throw to the ocean with wonderful ocean views from the lounge and patio. The master bedrooms has its own dressing room with ensuite bathroom and a kingsize bed with ocean views.From the master bedroom there are patio doors that lead to the pool area.

There are a further 2 twin bedded rooms with single beds that can be zipped together to make kingsize beds (there is a £25 charge for this). Both have fitted wardrobes and access to the family bathroom. There is a 3rd bathroom for convenience too. There are 2 x Z- beds should you wish to sleep 8 people

The spacious lounge is equipped with satellite TV and DVD player and CD player. Patio doors lead onto the pool terrace with breathtaking views across the sea.

There is a beautiful glass domed inner courtyard for gazing up to the stars or for just sitting and having breakfast with freshly made croissants from the local bakers.

Very quiet location with mountain and sea views but close enough to Playa Blanca itself for it attractions.

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote

Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.

The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.

There is a row of shops/restaurants in easy walking distance and Playa Blanca town itself is a 5 minute drive away.
